There is a member on this forum named soab that managed to direct-wire these PSU's, and solder/weld on cables.  He ended up buying J4bberwock's boards because it wasn't worth his time, and you can only get so many cables physically welded on to the terminals, where as on the board you have 22x PCI-e ports.  I guess it depends what your use is for them.

Got a few of IBM BladeCenter 2900W PSUs and i dont know the pin configuration.

Input(1, 2, 3):
which is ground and which are the phases?

Starting the PSU(12345/ABCD):
what pins do i need to connect?
the fans are control internally by the PSU?

Output(X,Y):
which pins are ground and which are +
