My suggestion is that, with any habit or addiction. It takes 3 weeks (21 days to Master) and 3 weeks to un-master. Try avoiding the site for 3 weeks. Then gradually, try for another 3 weeks. and then you'll notice the habit would be dissolved.
In addition, I would suggest you get married if you are not. People crave for the things they don't have. So if you get married, Sex becomes a norm thereby helping in curbing the addiction of pornography.

In many (most) places incest is illegal, hence "incest porn" if actually played out by family members would be illegal. Hence it's likely mostly fake.

I had heard of some white paper or other brainstorming document concerning population control from around the late 1960's or early 1970's and coming out of the some think-tank at some wing of the U.S. military. Several of the ideas described were:
1) widespread distribution of pornography.
2) promotion and normalization of homosexuality.
There were other ideas as well, but those two caught my eye because they seem a match for some of the priorities of mainstream media. I cannot find reference to this paper now (but didn't look real hard.)
I would say that both of these things, if used a population control schemes, are relatively on the ethical side compared to other means (like covert sterilization, inducing failed-state conditions, or war.) The reason I say this is that in both cases it is a fairly conscious and individual choice by the target as to whether to participate.
On a side-note, it also strikes me that pornography might be as helpful to a marriage as it is harmful since it is easier to jerk off in front of one's computer than it is to have real-life extramarital sex.

If you are addicted to any kind of porn, you should try to remove your internet service provider or contact them to ban all the porn websites they know on your household. Otherwise, you will face the consequences that forever you can no longer live without watching it.

Why the hell would porn be a problem? And why would incest porn be a bigger one?
I mean I understand easily concerns about underage porn (even though fictional ones are debatable) but incest porn only stage consensual adults... Why the hell would that be a problem? Can't you just let adults do what they want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone?
Incestual reproduction can be a problem (that mainly solves itself), but incestual sex is the concern of the ones doing it and that's all.

Why is it a problem relative to other types of prevalent addictions related to entertainment and technology. Its healthier than a sex or substance addiction and no more harmful than a social media addiction.

Porn addiction is an individual problem and can only be solved by that individual. Many porn addicts are those won't don't have girlfriends or boyfriends to have sex intercourse with so they result to satisfying their pleasure by watching others engaging in it and end up masturbating. A possible solution is to go get a sex mate to have that sex with and gradually the porn addiction will die off.
You can also solved the porn addiction problem by getting a counter hobby i.e each time you feel the urge to watch porn you do something else like reading a book or playing a game and with time that porn addiction will get replace by another addiction.
