OP, I believe you are mistaken, they are only using blockchain and not cryptos as you mentioned. blockchain is being used by many big companies. while cryptos is not being used by many big companies and I believe it to be because of regulatory issues

Exactly, those companies mentioned as using the technology behind bitcoin, but it doesn't mean that they are going to involved themselves or at least invest on bitcoin as the OP might suggest.

But I would agree that we have a bright future, easily if bitcoin will be adopted by on-line merchants as mode of payment.

So, I know most of you are mostly here because of the tech;) So here is good news.

We are not the only one who believes in it, lately, many big corporations seemed to understand the idea behind blockchain and jumping in I think it means a lot about the future about to come, From Google to Facebook and even Starbucks(That recently start to accept crypto as a legit payment) I think we are adding to a good place.

Here is a short summary about some of them that recently joined( I will try to focus on the ones that not many know of)

So

1 Walt Disney

Walt Disney developed a keen interest in blockchain technology for use within its massive organization, which includes online retail, television endeavors, and, of course, their world-famous theme parks. Source

2 Siemens Source

Siemens aims to proactively shape the future of blockchain-based, transactive energy applications, new prosumer-centric use cases as well as business models around the operation of distributed energy systems, microgrids and financing.
“Ultimately, block-chain-based applications and business models could help increase the overall efficiency of future energy networks and enable new forms of asset and project financing,”

4-Citi

Known for being one of the four big US banks, Citigroup has accomplished a lot since its establishment in 1998. It’s served as an important player in the fiat-based economy but could become one of the biggest catalysts of crypto adoption in the near future as well. The company has been cautious regarding the possibilities of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Also, JP Morgan join in though im not sure im so happy about it
