It's still possible only by promoting multiple good projects, few might fail but one will surprise you, this mean you have to be very hardworking, this is simply the only way to make good money in bounties nowadays compared to 2017
Big amount not a good deal for bounty hunter and bad project always want give everyone big amount. After listing exchange then their project gone to death that's means right it's not a real project just like valueless project.
I think you can still earn good enough money from bounty but you need to do your own research before perticipating a bounty because in current market there are lot of scam project involving.Also you must have good reputation(Good number of followers or subscribers) on social meadia because without that you won't able to earn more token from any campaign.Anyway your all earning will be depends on the project team.How they gonna develop their project. If project fails that means you get nothing from that project.
I do not think it is possible $350000 is an allocation that many bounty campaigns cannot offer for the campaign this day. Go and check the bounty section. If a project allocate $400000 for a bounty campaign, it means you cannot have $350000 reward except you are the only person participating. If during the good days of bounty, I do not think you can get such huge rewards, except you use hundreds of accounts
Now every time the bounty always has thousands participation so whatever allocation is allocated to the bounty, we will receive a small reward because many members join this bounty, so don't expect that one campaign can get a large reward except for signatures and translators. 
It seems impossible to get $ 35k. We have gone through 2 bad periods, mainly the price of crypto is weak and the bounty project is no longer profitable. Most investors are now reluctant to invest their money or prefer to hold back, because the market situation has not fully improved and also the coronavirus problem has not been resolved.
These guys keep dreaming even in the bear market. The common sense is enough to understand the high bounty rewards are not possible if the project CEOs can't make money.

Certainly will never happen these days. The $ 350k budget is really too high for the current situation, if any bounty makes such a big budget then I believe they are scammer and want to attract everyone's attention to that budget.
I will consider the percentage of the reward in the total circulating token in the market. I beleive some reward if held on to for a good project generating volume in this present market, such reward can climb up to be huge in coming months. At the moment we have very few project with market cap above $10 million dollar but the run of bitcoin and ethereum into trillions of dollars could easily pump the value of any reward in the bear market with high percentage to great value.

I believe that bitcoin will never die. The current situation may be terrible for all projects in this market, but I think they will soon overcome it and develop in the future. You need to wait a bit longer to see it, never lose hope in this market because everything are just beginning.

That's true, you hit I have a good number of tokens in the spreadsheet that I was about to receive and those amount of tokens is really worth a lot but they kept delaying the distribution until the value goes down to 70% and only distribution after the developers and investors dump their shares, the bounty hunters cannot dump anymore because of lack of buy order.

It's possible in such a way that the token would be in great value if it's listed. But the factor of making the bounty campaign a low rewards it is because of the total allocation that is going to be devided into many participants.
If the allocation of a bounty is low, usually there will not be many who want to follow it, unless the tokens from the bounty are already really valuable and listed on a popular exchange, because tokens that already have a strong value in the market will be preferred by bounty hunters. 
Well, in a situation like this its very hard to find a bounty who gives a large allocation to the bounty and i think there are still some of the bounty who gives a lot to allocation to the bounty.
Don't go for high allocation, mate! Go for high quality. Please try to read other's reply, so, you can get knowledge about the ongoing situation! High allocated bounties are almost fake or scam, they are not paying anymore. You can't show any new project came with a high allocation and paid to the hunters! 50k-100K USD is the highest allocation nowadays and it is actually good. Sadly true is that some greedy people are bringing a full bounty campaign with 3,5,-10K USD allocation!

Yes it's true that bounty payouts will only start to make sense if bullrun is here, without bullrun earning thousands of dollars from a single bounty project is impossible, but I don't think giving up on bounties is the best solution too
Only a few bounties actually pay out and has a value in the market. Altcoin season is gone and the market is full of scam projects. I had been into many bounties and most of them is either not paying or paying with shitcoins. It's not as profitable as it was.
We don't get as much money as before, but at least we still get enough money to spend our lives. I used to get thousands of dollars in each campaign, but now $ 100 has been a success. And I agree with you, we cannot expect too much from bounty because the altcoin season has passed and the market is collapsing.
many bounty projects offer high prizes and are even higher than the nominal you mentioned, but the problem is that most good projects don't pay participants for certain reasons. for now I think a high prize for prize hunters is not possible, in fact the project is currently fraudulent, the project fails, the project is postponed, the project does not pay participants and tokens are difficult to register on the exchange.
