Since the beginning of the bear market in 2018 the highest Ive earned from crypto combined is not over 1,000$, how can one make over that in a single bounty project? It's not that possible anymore unless you are a legendary member and the bounty project has better value
Not at all now a days I don't think the bounties are as rewarding as what it used to be .I have read that XEM offered some 1 million coins for replying hello in their ANN thread .It went on to appreciate so much that people became millionaires for just saying hello.Everyone wishes for those days again.
Weren't there hundreds of other bounties which lead to absolutely zero profit?It is almost exactly the same nowadays, but now we know what was profitable and what was not, it still was a blind roulette

I just forget about bounty allocation value now and focus on grabbing more quantities of the token after I do my own research on the project to avoid promoting a scam one, I believe getting hands on many quantities of the tokens or coin will still make you have something even if the reward is pretty low
If to get more tokens or coins it is clear that we can benefit from the many units of tokens or coins we can have, but if the project has a low prize do not expect to get a lot of tokens or coins, because the allocation alone is clearly written in the project. 
I care less about high rewards but yet I want high rewards, since everything have changes in crypto space now it's better to get used with the present condition, investors are getting lower for new projects, they prefer old coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum now, and once fund target is not met they won't be able to pay rewards as promised
people are indeed trying to have more bitcoin or ethereum than other altcoins now because that is the most potential coin. besides, everyone wants a high reward, it's just that it's hard to find such bounties nowadays. I expect a big reward from each project that I support.

if your target is only to earn money and dont care about how long you will be payed or if the campaign have a locking period and you also accept low rewards . Then you can continue doing that as long as you earn with what you are doing even how small it is as long as you think its worth of your time then its good for you and thats not bad habbit. How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?
350K USD isn't low money, now some project softcap is lower than this money. This money only possible if you are full time worker before in Q1 2018. My known highest paid bounty was Thinkcoin and another one is MB8coin. If you joined and work for whole weeks than in Thinkcoin over 18K USD and in MB8coin over 30k USD you could earned.Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? If we take a sample of projects since 2018, there are not many successful projects, and even if there are successful projects, it doesn't reach $ 350,000, and I also rarely take projects in 2018, because at that time the market was falling and also unstable.

Im confuse with the means high reward? Most campaign in the altcoin section often have token pool and from that they only based their reward equivalence on USDT on the ico/ieo price of their tokens. From that, the token will be traded on market and will see an average price of it but the hunters still got paid in reference to the amount of its ieo price. So high bounty pool such as $350k isnt guaranteed especially if the rewards gonna distributed months after trading launch.

Is it the amount of the reward for each participant or the total reward for all participants? I think you must make it clearer. If you mean the total reward for all participants, I think we still saw the amount on some bounties. But I doubt to tell the name of the bounties since I didn't remember them in detail. So, it is still possible, why not fella? 
We all missed those times that bounties are really worth it.. Where all of us really paid right and gain profit... Those where the times... But now, its so hard to find bounties that really worth our efforts and time.. Mostly they turn out to scam your failed projects.. So better do our own research first before joining any project...
Or if they are not a scam, the value of those tokens decline hard once they are trading for at least couple of weeks. And the usual problem is that the team will distribute the bounty to its participants, weeks or months after trading. So once they received it, it has very little value that it's not worth trading anymore. And then, they will blame the bounty hunters. That's really unfair for them. I hope no more participants will join substandard projects so we will be seeing more quality ones.

To be honest i was very active in bounty campaigns like 2 3 years ago but then most of the campaigns stopped paying rewards or paid peanuts or used delaying tactics or swap tactics reducing rewards with many tricks, it was so wrong i was really discouraged with such market situation and now i only do like 1 campaign that too after 2 3 months may be if i really like the project, i do not know when market will again be like it used to be couple years ago.
Like you, I used to be a participant of bounties back when ICOs were red hot. But it all came to a stop right after the ICOs climax. Current Bounties are nothing to write home about mainly because startups are no longer raising funds with ICOs. So there's no "percentage" or a piece of the cake for Bounty hunters. The 2019 trend (IEO) used exchanges as the medium for funding of startups. While this was a good step in the right direction for ICOs as only "trusted" projects could make it to exchange launchpads. However, It was no good to bounty hunters. Exchanges did all the marketing and promotion.
It's 2020, The funding space (ICO, STO, IEO) doesn't have a clear direction at the moment. With the Coronavirus pandemic making waves at the moment, We don't know whether bounties will get profitable as before.
I think everything is down to the market conditions. In early 2018 projects were able to pay hunters much because they were able to raise much money from their ico. But now to raise money is a struggle not to talk of meeting the hard cap. And those that put high reward on their bounty campaign, when they pay the projects may likely dump. I did a project where I got $5000 worth of tokens but I can't sell it till date because there is no demand for it, no volume.
Bounty projects with prizes that are too large are very difficult to succeed in situations like this. because investors are not too interested in joining ICO. some projects with large allocations that I see end up with scams or token values that are not valuable when listed in exchange. But just be optimistic if the project is truly developed with a unique concept, I believe that a large allocation bounty is worth calculating

Right now it's very difficult to get a quality bounty project for us to follow like in 2017 and 2018 ago.We can see how many projects currently look very good, but end up scam and not paying the participants at all, even if there are projects that pay, but only a few of those projects have tokens on the market and have high prices, but the rest are tokens that we get from the bounty project is nothing more than a shitcoin/token that has no price and market at all, so that today many forum members now prefer to participate in projects that pay using BTC or ETH rather than projects that pay participants using tokens.
The only possibility here is if the team or CEO is well funded then there won't be much problem, for example Apollo currency raise no fund for the project, NO ICO or fundraising at all, and today the project is still doing very well, if such project introduce a bounty campaign they will surely pay bounty hunters big time
