Did anyone received any reply from Bitmixer about support agent position ?
I received a reply with 5 test questions which I submitted around 4 - 5 ago but still didn't received any reply nor this thread is updated

I am not applying for the post because I know I dont fit the bill but I want to make a humble suggestion to op.Select candidates from different part of globe living in different timezone so that your one of your customer care representatives is always available online
OP said they are getting low number of tickets so 3-4 per day so hiring 2 support agent for such low work will useless.

bitmixer can you post updates about this, you already hired or still looking for someone.

Yeah ? Which member ? Can you read ? I never said I'm an expert in English,had I been ,I would apply for the job.Makes sense ? Didn't I mention I'm not applying for the job as I probably know how badly I suck at grammar and won't be the best fit ? Bring up a logical discussion if you can and not off topic posts for signature spamming.

I mean, for someone in an English class and pointing out grammatical errors at everyone else, I would assume that you would know what you're talking about and maybe apply them to your posts:

Not really against any of your applications  but as far as the job specifications are mentioned,they  need someone with Excellent English Written Communication Skills.I had a chance of going through few of your posts, (I'm not trying to be judgmental as well) and they don't satisfy the OP's requirements.I mean I have taken English Major as my optional subject and from sentence structure to tenses ,80% of your writing styles are grammatically wrong.Few of the above posts are sheer examples of why one should be through with Punctuation,Subjective-Objective speeches and so on.Sorry for pointing this out if it offends you but Customer Support literally has to be accurate with basic stuff because those are the first representatives of the company the customers talk to.In fact,I judge a company on basis of how well spoken their customer support representatives are.
