The job:
Resolve support requests using zendesk. We are currently having 3-4 tickets each day. Most of them require standard response (you may create and use macros).

Requirements:
- Be online from 12:00 to 24:00 GMT.
- Ability to respond in 30 minutes (maximum) after new ticket appeared (you will receive e-mail notifications).
- Excellent English written communication skills, politeness.
- Understanding technical bitcoin concepts: blockchain, bitcoin network confirmations, digital signature, signing and verifying messages using bitcoin address, etc.
- Full understanding mixing process at our site, concept of Letter of Guarantee, etc (read FAQs and follow all mixing steps).

Salary $400/month (bitcoin equivalent), weekly payments.
