ops claims:you will get work for him and so he will pay 3$/hr
ops intention:people will send money when a project strts and he will take money and run away and all blame of cheating on you.
Op can himself send proposals and get work done from his workers if he actually has.
You will get 3$ but a case will be filed against u for cheating someone by taking 300$ and no work delivery.
This is what it looks from ops post and what the first job applier said.

Of course, for us to do this, a-lot of prep job needs to be done as we have to prevent ourselves from having workers claiming monies in any case if it doesn't belong to them.

We are very selective to our customer service officers, as you will be the frontline to our clients. I will be on ICQ to attend to more inquries.
