I think we should launch a lawsuit against HitBTC, and retrieve our money!

in another post someone is complaining about hitbtc, the best thing to do in this situation is hire a lawyer immediately and then the lawyer will proceed to other steps, this is the only way you get what is your. I do not know who is the owner of hitbtc and I do not know where the hitbtc headquarters is, but I think it's possible to find out.

i confirmed, my withdraw BTX was stuck on Hitbtc 2 days ago.  Cry

with another exchanges i can withdraw very fast (need only 5 min).  Cry Cry

There are many people with problems and no one reports the case to the police.

[Updated]
Preliminary enquiries showed that the problem may be caused by the "AMM Fraud Event" of HitBTC, which happened a month ago.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Thursday, I deposited some SC(Siacoin) from other exchange platform to my "wallet address" of HitBTC. However, it hasn't arrived yet.
And I found that my SC wallet address was changed secretly while the transaction's ongoing. After I refresh the page, the wallet address changed again!
It means that I deposited my coin to an isolated address and I may lost my coin forever! It's caused by HitBTC secretly! I'm scammed by it!!!!

The transaction ID: 58391e66a6af9d6a3ebe367b5da0cdf3836f81895c1a068c7216e23efea88557
Old SC wallet address which I deposited my coin to: 1c75fd49c89ad9964c4383e73c1f239ca54a8fe3ed76511537533b70600f08364781c7c26ff8
Now my SC wallet address has been changed to: c91085412d56db556ed651020bb94fb9513fd5939dabdd70380c606053065a6d23680e906d47

I turned to HitBTC support for help, but I've not got any response. So I entered the forum of HitBTC: https://forum.hitbtc.com/

It's shocking that there are hundreds of topics about the same condition--deposit and withdrawal requests are delayed for several days or even weeks with no response:
https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/2125/12-days-of-waiting
https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/2156/xrp-has-not-been-deposited-for-3weeks
https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/2123/xvg-withdraw-5-days-still-not-receive-my-xvg-please-help-me
https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/1478/nem-deposit-delayed-finally-credited-now-delayed-withdrawal
https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/2023/nem-withdrawal-delayed-for-17-days
And above-mentioned topics are only a few of these topics.

Some people even said that their assets disappeared mysteriously, and may be stolen:

https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/2086/stole-btc-from-my-main-account

And their assets were transferred out to a strange address, which may related with other platforms such as BITTREX:

In these topics, HitBTC support appears for some time. However, it's useless, no problems have been solved.

It should be noted that this problem cannot be blamed on Ethereum network congestion these days because the same condition happens at other coins which are not based on or related with Ethereum, such as SC, XRP, XEM, XVG and even BTC.

Now I can suspect that HitBTC is defrauding users' assets! I think we should launch a lawsuit against HitBTC, and retrieve our money!
