I have been avoiding them since day one. I did create an account but when I saw their withdraw fees for some currencies I stayed away from them. After that I saw a lot of people complaining about deposits not reaching their accounts and other unable to withdraw. Sad situation, I would avoid it, same as Yobit.

Apparently the water is muddy developers because it is profitable for them, as well as banks use finances.

I will test it today. But, currently it gives Bad Gateway errors regularly.

It is not a good sign to start for sure.

Hey HitBTC,

I am posting here, because obviously you are ignoring my Support Tickets. Yes, I can post and will post screenshots here if you do not reply me here. STRAKS (STAK) has paid listing fees for HitBTC (25 BTC!) in December 2017. First promised date was mid-February 2018, and due to some technical issues, it was delayed to mid-March. Today is a 31st March 2018 and STAK is still not listed nor HitBTC is replying to any tickets related to this question? Did you SCAM us and took listing fees and do not intend to ever reply to questions?

And yes, please do check Ticket ID #261745 and #259617, both tickets are not answered at all for more than 10 days!

Looking forward for your reply, I hope I will get a reply here.

Thank you very much,
Kind regards
Hi saeed36, we're responding to all submitted support tickets. If you haven't got a reply yet, that's very unusual because even if your case is still being researched, you should have got an update from one of our support agents. We will look up your tickets now, review them and send you an update.

As for the listing of STRAKS (STAK), we did have some unexpected technicalities we had to take care of. However, it doesn't mean the whole idea is abandoned. Apologies, it's obviously a case of unintended miscommunication, and we'll put all efforts to avoid it in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

Hey HitBTC,

First of all, thank you very much for your response.

I still haven't received any update on my Support Tickets, but it is fine since I got a feedback here.

Regarding STRAKS (STAK) listing, it should be one of the easiest and fastest coins to list, simply because all STRAKS wallets are working like a charm, without any issues or bugs. For example, SouthXchange listed STRAKS exactly 12 hours after confirmation for listing became official.

Moreover, a lot of coins are getting listed on HitBTC in the meantime, although STRAKS paid listing fees earlier and got officially confirmed to be listed earlier. Also, many coins are getting exact listing date, so is it possible that HitBTC publish official STRAKS listing date? It is April 3rd today, not mid-February or even mid-March anymore.

Looking forward for your update.

Thank you very much,
Kind regards

I just can not get used to the interface of this exchange. At Bitrex, everything is simple, but here - full slag. This is the only exchange on which the interface I have not been able to master.

Most exchanges are doing that, its just that the bigger they are, the bigger coins they can scam, pump/dump etc.

And yes i agree that it was a mistake on my part, that i did not do an extensive research about HitBTC. Now that i am digging in, i am finding all the problems.

But what amazes me is that in order to find this problems, you actually need to take your time and search a lot.

Why are there no news on the big crypto pages? Why are there so few posts in Twitter/FB about this- from all the "famous" guys in crypto...

If this does not go public - there will be more and more burned users and eventually there will be another mtgox... but this time it will be much worse...
Tell your friends and share the news!

You are right. The old story, the same problem  Smiley I hope people will learn from these sour lessons.

I do not understand. What is the difficulty in add manually XEM an account?
On January 12 I sent XEM with a multi-signature.
So far, I have not got anything to deposit.
When enrolling, it was not written that the Hitbtc does not accept the multi-signature.
I very much regret that I did such a stupid thing.

My ID ticket 183911

I do not think they are scammers. But they work terribly most likely because of the high influx.

I recently wrote. I was credited to the account and I withdrew from the stock exchange. Everything worked quickly. I waited 2-3 weeks. Thank you.
I can say this is not a scam. But they work badly because of the influx of likely

I sent EBTC from myetherwallet to my hitbtc exchange address. that happened on 20th of jannuary. Its almost 2 weeks and the hitbtc wallet hasn't been credited. I have since contacted myetherwallet who said the transaction was successful that I should contact Hitbtc to credit my token. I have created several tickets on this, till now, i haven't gotten any response.

At the time, I also bought TRx via HitBTC.

I would not do that anymore. It took me 2 weeks until I had it on my wallet.

Either the page was not reachable or you could not transfer it.

For me it was the last time I did something there.

For anyone that still was not burned - just look around at forums, twitter, groups and anything - all you will see is people with problems...
Support is unexciting, except for automated emails and the occasional lies in forums.
Every time they say "there are a few people left and there is no problem actually" and then for 10 days nothing happens, except for more people not getting the coins they deposited.

Hundreds of users deposited millions!!! and never got anything!
Just check the existing exchanges and find one that actually cares for its users and does not steal from them!
