BTW,  Hitbtc ug existed for a long time and I never think that they will destroy their reputation.
Not because they existed for so long they will not scam, just like cryptopia, they existed for a long time, but the outcome of their business is bad, they go bankrupt and I guess there are users who were not able to withdraw their coins and that's scammy.

You really can't trust them, therefore you should not only trust one exchange, that is to minimize the risk.
Thus far, Hibtc is still a decent to me, that's based on my own experience only.

I think this kind of thread should be move to scam accusation, because if we understand it on a general point of view, it should be confirmed and proven that the site is really stopping withdrawals. What I see here is that there are people who give their feedback that they receive their withdrawal, so it's not unanimous.

It would be nice if the creator of the topic appeared and renamed the topic as “solved” if the problem was solved. Many people seeing the current topic title may start to worry in vain.
It is better to lock this topic but OP aren't active in this thread after he say that his problem already solve, otherwise this will only spread FUD.

I haven't used HitBTC for quite sometime, so I can't confirm this news. But a number of exchanges are showing distress signals right now and it will be better for us to withdraw all of our coins to safe wallets, before they end up like Cryptopia and Wex. Nowadays I don't think that there is a single exchange out there, which we can trust.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.
have you done KYC, I heard if hitbtc does the kyc system but has never tried doing it on hitbtc. try to understand your problem and you can get your assets back.
The only way he can understand what the challenge is if they notify him and now that they didn’t and not returning his mails, I just hope it is not what I am thinking. I know they have had their ups and down, many people have complained about their services, while some people see it as perfect exchange.

Anyway whatever the issue is, I do hope it gets sorted out as I don’t uses exchanges that one cannot completely rely on or predict, imagine that it’s Binance that is having this issue, he would not have been bothered because he knows that the issue will definitely be sorted out.

It is possible that the system is under repair at that time. I made a withdrawal about 3 days ago there was no problem, and it went smoothly.

We can't easily judge Hitbtc as a scam site just of having an issue like that,  cause of its long existence in the market will absolutely encounter some upgrades and maintenance which it really need to stop any transaction within that time frame.
I've using Hitbtc before and I encounter also that situation, and if you look at in the upper side they'll giving information and some awareness about their maintenance. You can check it now and maybe it is open for withdrawal at this time.

today is the 28th and have you been supported? If your problem is not resolved, I think HitBTC is a scam or they have not had enough funds to execute a withdrawal order for you and other traders. I see many people saying that they are also having problems withdrawing money from Hitbtc.
I guess the problem has been solve already, OP  was last online on May 24, 2019 and therefore we cannot find his timely update. I bet this was already solve and we might be discussing a problem that has already been solve.

It has stopped at the exchange since the Fee has been raised. all of my assets last week I have moved. this kind of time is actually the thing that is actually detrimental to what is done by doing a withdrawal fee or a problem in withdrawing. make the user become uncomfortable

Hitbtc now are facing circumstances which is not good for sure to them. If they will ignore the noise of their client users I am very sure, the existence of hitbtc possible will not take long here. I've been hearing a lot of things on this issues, it is fearful and alarming to anyone who has coins on hitbtc. So, I hope this exchange will take action at once so that they will not end into nothing.

Though I did not face any problem with Hitbtc about withdrawal issue except high withdrawal fee. But I have seen in this forum a lot of issue faced by user of HItbtc . May be HItbtc started kyc for withdrawing fund and you did not complete kyc yet . So I think you need complete the kyc to withdraw your fund from the Exchange. Thanks

I see no reason why they should stop withdrawal without any form of notice if it is as a result of technical issue, but wait, what are you still doing with exchange like Hitbtc when we have other reliable exchanges. You don’t have to invest in any coin you don’t find on reliable ones like Binance, bittrex and other top exchanges. HitBTc is one hell of an exchange that registers scam projects a lot and most of the projects on it end up turning shitcoin. You must have got yourself involved too in some of these shitcoin that made you to consider that exchange for use.

Of course, unless there is now really a big problem with HitBTC and they deliberately stopped withdrawals for possible exit scam later (hope they won't do that as I believe that this exchange can still survive). I am aware that HitBTC is deluged with many complaints big and small and that is why I am always careful in dealing with the site and just use it when the token is just using HitBTC and nothing else. There are now many good and reliable exchanges and it is time that we deal with reliable ones with exceptional customer support and more user-friendly platform. Let's see if HitBTC can weather this crisis or will this be its end?

I read a lot of negative reviews about HitBTC, but I myself used it without any problems. I don’t think that they will want to become scammers now when the market has just started to grow

not just hitbtc that charges high withdrawal fees, i took out all my tron there and have to pay more than 250TRX for it and for BTC its 0.001,

That's lower compared to what you have to pay in BTC if you will withdraw, that's 0.0015 per transaction, you were able to save 0.0005 in this one.

well this is a small amount for knowing btc to moon, its going to worth more than $10 soon. it would make sense if they pause withdrawal today as they can profit soon once the price of btc rises as well. or it could be the government that made them decide all these and so the reason for mandatory kyc submission.

I suggest you withdraw in other sites to avoid this kind of withdrawal, AFAIK, they have cheap fees on cardano and doge, you can use them and send these tokens to other exchanges and you withdraw from that site

centralize exchanges are becoming vulnerable and are gradually exiting. i use to like HITBTC for they also pump coins just like the yobit but with issues like this, it helps the bad publicity of cryptoccurrencies.  do you think  its already time for the dexes?

they  recently ask kyc to all users, maybe its the  reason too.  i myself didn't submit documents, i will have to if needed.
Dexes is already available but the fact that people do still decide to use up these centralized exchange even knowing the potential
requirement on having that verification process.

I've tried up Hitbtc on the past and i didnt experience any problem with withdrawals but the thing which do make me quit is on
having a horrendous amount of fee being charge anytime i do make a withdrawal.

I am watching how long wash trading will profit some exchanges when those real volume exchanges keeps getting higher visitors/users and trade. If they dont adjust their strategies of trade, they will end up like some shitcoins and drop dead.

I have been hearing a lot of complain from this exchange for years now, I still wonder how they are still in operation, since when I checked the review of the exchange and I saw a lot of people making bad review due to lost of funds or one major reason, I decided to withdraw my entire funds out of the exchange and sent it to another exchange I trust, it's not a must to trade with an exchange where the safety of your coin is at stake, I think they will close real soon.

I only used HitBTC once and never intended to use it for the second time. It is a less user-friendly platform, the withdraw fee is too high.
