what happened to Hitbtc? I have not been trading on the exchanger for a long time so I also no longer make a deposit or WD from Hitbtc.
Thank you for this information, hopefully Hibtc and resolve the problem you are experiencing right now.

My last withdrawal was yesterday, didnt face any problems. But your story should be a friendly reminder to all of us that you shouldnt use an exchange as a way for storing your coins. Exchanges may cancel the option to withdraw your funds any time ...

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.
I think it is one of the bankruptcy exchanges. It really doesn't contribute much to the crypto market and its functions are too old for new exchanges. Their service is slow and there is no plus point from traders. You should contact support and then you should not trade at Hitbtc anymore. The risk of losing your money is quite high.

I also had many problems when dealing with HitBTC. It is really a small exchange and there are many problems to be solved.
When trading tokens in large numbers, Hitbtc does not support the sale of all tokens but only for sale in even numbers.
Besides, there are many times I withdraw LTC very long and the fee is quite high. I contacted support and they supported for a long time. You should contact them to try and wait for 2 days.

I have already an issue depositing funds there since they have fees for it. Why else will I withdraw if I cannot even go in.

I do not like their rules. They are too transparent with their greediness.
You better get out of there before you even lose more.
There are more better exchange out there.
Except if you are using a token which is only listed with them.

the best way you can do right now is to contact the support and request your problem as much as possible just do it right now.

I'm afraid that won't help him that much either. Their customer support won't be able to solve their (rumored) insolvency issue. Some news and analysis suggest that they only have around 30 or so BTC in reserve, so it's likely that they're really going to the last part of their tale.

Suck to be a user of that exchange. Only a few lucky users can withdraw their funds according to news and rumors.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

I just made a withdrawal yesterday but it went fine, but this one is very alarming, I've recently read more negative posts about hitbtc.
I hope they are not going to shut down soon and I hope to see some more positive feedback based on experience not only giving speculation.

I received a withdrawal confirmation email, but when I clicked on the link there was no successful withdrawal notification. Are there still obstacles in the website?

So this is just today, looks like a problem in the site but it's not enough to conclude they scam.
I have experience other kind of problem before, I withdraw and not able to receive an email, that was over 24 hours but it was then solve.

Personally I'm staying away from this exchnage site because a lot of issues I heared from this Hitbtc exchange site, but this time withdrawal issues if I were you OP I'm leaving this exchange site if its possible to withdraw all of your asset then go and find a new exchange site that have a reputable and secured like Binance, the best way you can do right now is to contact the support and request your problem as much as possible just do it right now.
almost all HitBTC exchange requests are always rejected and that is a problem many users are experiencing. I think the best way is to find a better exchange and I recommend that you choose to exchange OKEX because this is a very cheap exchange and very good user support in the past. Maybe in the future HitBTC will die soon so now is the opportunity to move your property to another place

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

In any aspects of issues in the exchange particularly in transaction in withdrawal, I most often heard issues about this HitBTC, and sometimes I heard also the transaction fee of charge was also high. But in my experience, though it is very seldom for me to use it, I never experience nor encounter those what they are saying about it. All I know is that if you made a transaction in every exchange within 48 hours if it is not transferit will go back to your wallet unless you put the wrong address wallet it will never recover.

I am not a regular user of hitbtc but never had encountered any trouble in withdrawals before. One thing that OP can do is empty his account and once his withdrawals get through, don't use this exchange again. Better be safe than sorry.

I have been using Hitbtc and I haven't experienced any inconvenience so far. Yes, they're requiring Kyc and maybe that's the reason why their funds are on hold.
You could contact their support for your query.
There is traffic in some transactions but you could report it immediately.

have you done KYC, I heard if hitbtc does the kyc system but has never tried doing it on hitbtc. try to understand your problem and you can get your assets back.
Yes, they do the KYC system, and I think that could be the problem for people who cannot withdraw their funds from hitbtc.
I am not yet filling any data in hitbtc because I want to wait for a while for something.
Maybe OP can follow to completing the KYC, or he can ask the support system so he can know what the real problem for the withdrawing the funds is.

I stopped using SHitBTC since last year due to the market situation and I didn't come back until now. I had shit coins there but I think as of now they are nonsense to the crypto market.
Sad to say that probably this is the sign of their exit scam just like cryptopia recently hacking incidents which until now there is nothing clear information of the hackers. And now what? Hitbtc? No doubt on this since they have a ton of complaint everywhere. Time to avoid or stay away(much better) on this exchange that might be going to hack us.

Even if he has not done the KYC the fact that their Support is not returning to any of his email is at least weird at this point

centralize exchanges are becoming vulnerable and are gradually exiting. i use to like HITBTC for they also pump coins just like the yobit but with issues like this, it helps the bad publicity of cryptoccurrencies.  do you think  its already time for the dexes?

they  recently ask kyc to all users, maybe its the  reason too.  i myself didn't submit documents, i will have to if needed.
Dexes is already available but the fact that people do still decide to use up these centralized exchange even knowing the potential
requirement on having that verification process.

I've tried up Hitbtc on the past and i didnt experience any problem with withdrawals but the thing which do make me quit is on
having a horrendous amount of fee being charge anytime i do make a withdrawal.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.
Most likely this exchange is already gradually coming to a point where it would become scam.Lots of issues about stopping or holding withdrawals.
You can see a bunch of them similar on your case. Try to visit out their main thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/hitbtccom-the-most-advanced-cryptocurrency-exchange-378827 and you
might read up some possible answers you do seek.

That is why you always have to double check where you put your money. So many exchanges but just a few of them are really trustworthy and run legitimate business. Although not all of them are scam, some got into financial troubles or have problems because of multiple owners and similar.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

There are ongoing rumors that HitBTC is insolvent (but still in operation)

Withdrawal delays, high withdrawal fees for some coins, hidden team are some red flags of this exchange. I can remember that John McAfee slammed HitBTC and said that it's a fraud few months ago. I think he is correct.

My advice is don't deposit your coins to HitBTC and stay away from HitBTC for your own safety.
