Regarding Charity support , this is an original idea of coin. But community didnot work with so still in draft phase
I think the best think to spread this to ask you friend involved in charity about willingness to support crypto funding ( hbn or others). Would u try? I do and let u all know the outcome

I think charities which take care of homeless people ( hobos) would be a good fit, but others can be supported as well. Get Greenpeace, Amnesty International, RedCross would be like a dream success, but I think smaller local charities would be more willing even talk with us.

You can add this to your config file. But it will not allow as high as what you can do once the wallet is running.


Part of my future goals, was to add selected charities already into the wallet.  So you could just drop down and select say "Red Cross" or something. The code isn't tough, but I need to get a lite wallet before I can expect organizations to use it.   Plus finding some that want to be part of it, maybe not be easy.

If you buy and sell when it's swinging 2-5k you could probably make enough money... slightly high risk though.

Why not supporting more the stake for charity? Maybe use an escrow, create for every big charity organisation a official address and every month the escrow exchange the new stakes to fiat money and send it to the charity organisation. Make every month a official report how many money to whitch organisation goes. This is maybe a nice promotion for HBN.

I like the idea with the interview with Tranz. I think this is good for HoboNickels. Maybe he can talk about the future of his coin and what plans he has. This will be a good sign for HBN and brings maybe new people to the community.

Yeah, the btc price is crazy right now, but we're staying relatively constant in comparison to usd/dollar value.

We lost a bit of relative value against btc. But still keeping usd price which is good.

The developer work is still very positive, and some of the bug are constantly repaired. It also takes some talented programmers to join in and speed up the progress of the whole project to get the market.

I will take a look at Binance, and work on filling out the App and getting in touch with them.

I found Binance a fancy new exchange with exploding trade volume. They have Android Iphone and PC application(not just browser) and very nicely done. It is even seems they doing well scaling their business and infrastructure so I guess they may become major in no time

Regarding another exchange. If you guys think it is time to go after one, lets do it?   I have no experience with binance but have been on HitBTC, not sure the requirements for either right now.

I am a big fan and staker of HBN and early adopter. Respect the way it was developed and persistently running chain is a proof of good longterm decisions chosen by Tranz.
Few shakes happened and actualy the way they were dealt with is a signal of longevity and hopefuly prevailing success.
Still there is a fragility that apart of Tranz not many hands were put in with few exceptions. I am not blaming anyone just want to put some juice in foreword:)
To be upfront I cumulated substantial amount of and have my stakes in it, that is why I want to keep my legs on a ground and you to understand my emotional and wealth motivation transparently.

Success in Crypto is always two faced, while one face we have - development other one we dont have - social (network,press, portals) and exchange presence, lets call it PR&L - Presence & Liquidity .
It sounds like a cliche but without PR&L we are not able to make it back to first page of coinmarketcap.com like it was standard in teen age of Hobo. Situation is much diffrent than back in 2014, im not gonna bring news, saying there are more projects by square and picking up from the scamlist we get plenty of great projects and technologies , mentioning just two related each other Segwit and Lighting Network.

There are many options we can choose as activities where we can improve PR&L  from almost zero effort and btc up to sweat/slave-factory and btc firework. But as the first think we have to estabilish the principles and method we can trust each other in case this requirement applies.  Of course I am talking about some Authority and Escrow as a principle when money would potentialy flows in for some investments.


So what can we do for example

     improve design a bit, update at least monthly with some interesting content (i.e pick up some good remarks here on btctalk or news)  search and involve with friendly sites and reshare some content
     or whatever can be really done on facebook to increase presence there for free.

these are just some of my ideas right now and few others unmentioned. As this is getting quite long and quess quite boring I mention just very last one but very strategic -  Hobonickels Foundation. That can be set up as very functional platform and management tool and doesnt need a Saudi Sheikh behind as donor if we think and use Lean methods. There is huge potential behind and another topic would be needed to explain what I have in my head ...
