I try not to sell completely, even if the coin has grown well in price-half the cost to sell , leave the rest on Hold , if you sell everything, in the future you can very much regret it.
These are difficult times for us hodlers, I still have my coins because I bought them long ago and I think I have some emotional attachment to them I guess. Otherwise, the market is unforgiving.
I join in crypto world because i want to become successful and taking risk is one way to be able to achieve that, so eventhough in the end its result is not good i will still not regret my decision. I trust all my coin so i will support it till the end, till i get big profit.
I think HODL is good but sometimes we need to change our assets to the most promising. The situation at the crypto market changes every hour and we must react very fast and swift.
I am sorry for what you have been through and thank you for sharing your experience. Well, that's why patience, perseverance and unyielding are very important if we wrestle with crypto. If you already sell coins and If you already sell the coin and it turns out the coin has increased, then we must keep fighting and keep looking for which coin will experience a significant increase in the future. Patience is the key and you will develop it time. There is no issue in making mistakes but learn from them.
We do mistakes by selling early with our holding coins. Exactly, learn from the mistakes everytime in trading analyze the situation. With patience you can have a great benefits after it surges the value.

In my opinion it is natural to have it because in trade you need to do it but when you hold it there is a good lesson so it will not happen again, but if you are in bitcoin you should continue to ensure faster income and as long as you do not lose money, do not regret losing profit. Better to be safe than sorry

Well, hold is a good strategy, at least for the present time. Also, it`s better to save depo, than get profits, so if you haven`t lost anything, its ok. Dont fall on fomo
It is better to hold in any others circumstances because the value is increasing along with time and the development so if the markets is volatile then its normal and better to watch the markets to make sure.
Why anyone can invest? the simple answer is to make good return. So you invested in verge at some time and you think you made some good return and sold. So what is good return is undefinable. For instance, if you buy a coin at $1 per coin, then sell at $100 per coin, thinking that the point where you sell your coin is a good return. But other may think otherwise like if they buy a coin at $1 per coin and sell at 1000 per coin. So you buy and sell at your requirement. You will loss only when you sell a coin at a price lower than the price at which you buy a coin.
There is no perfect time for selling your coin and it is all depend on your decision that when you want to sell them because here is no one who is knows market trend that where it goes.
According to me if you achieved your desired target then don't regret yourself for sell your coins. And do not think about it after selling it, whether its price is up or down again.

At first when I earned a particular token, I was not expecting that the price will increase, so I sold it, because of desire to earn and to buy something. Well I got a little money on it, but every time I see the current price of that token, I always remember my mistake. It's very important to observe your token well before making decision on whether to hold or sell it.
Yes but its not same in all coins like that, I think holding its worth when coin has very bright future and if market cap is small. Other way if market cap is big and if u hodl for long term I think its not very wise decision.
