Investment in crypto is profitable if only you ate able to detect the right trade, knowing also when to buy and sell. Talking about hodl & calm ,this can only be achieved when you use a spare Money that you would not bother to use,else the way crypto goes, you won't be able to stay calm, so it is always advisable to invest money you don't need urgently,so that when the bull season comes you will be happy, you were hodling.

So why do we need to panic sell if we can wait until the time comes that the value of every token that we are holding rises up? We should be patient and wait for that moment to happen. Of course, not all coins on the market are worth holding hence it is good to know the capabilities of the coin through the performance of research before investing and holding it. OGs are not moved by the sudded dump or fluctuation in the market because we know it's all games being played by whales. Even in this short increase in the crypto market I am still holding and not wanting to sell anything as there is a huge potential that the market will rise higher by the end of this year.

It is not good to be greedy and search for a quick profit in crypto but you will have to wait and keep patience till long term because I’m a long term you will feel safe about scamming. Long-term investment reduced risk and increase chances to earn. Holding gives safety from panic selling which is major reason for crypto dumping rapidly.

HOLD is the easiest way to make a profit in a specified period. only people who are mentally weak sell coins at low prices / cannot hold the coins. actually easy HOLD or investment, like buying altcoin like ICO / STO / IEO and selling it at the price of 3x when buying. for HOLD altcoin I usually buy at the cheapest point, then forget it until the magic comes.

I do believe that altcoin season will come sooner or later which is why holding with patience is the key for everyone who suffer a big loss since the bear market started. crypto is still young but there will be a time when more people realize its full potential and those people who keep holding will receive a good rewards.
