There are two types of bans. A ban by the casino itself and then a ban by the country. What's the point of them restricting certain countries if they allow gamblers to create accounts and gamble using a VPN? So, even if you manage to do so, you won't be able to complete your KYC verification considering the fact that you are from a restricted country and your IP address won't match the data you will provide.

that's weird, I don't use a VPN, my country(the Philippines) is restricted but I can access the casino just fine. I even created an account using a dummy email account hoping to try their casino out with the free spins they offer if you register(according to their ANN thread) but it seems like the offer was over, fake or you'll need to provide basic personal information first before you can claim the free spins. also, if you plan to deposit you also need to provide basic personal information before you can do it.
