I've recently watched new It, and it's freaking great Not very scary, but has awesome actors, music, style, and plot development.
Try all insidious series. I find it so scary. I like the plot and the twist that they made on that trilogy. And it has a little of bit humor. So try it if you didn't watch it yet.

And second is orphan, not a horror movie but a movie with a suspense. When I watched orphan I was like what happened in front of my eyes. Do watch orphan.
Try to watch "Audition". If you find the usual exorcist movies too much of a cliche, then here’s a movie that would assure you that a ghost is not necessary to scare you. When I saw this movie, I was awestruck at how much looks can be deceiving.
A Quiet Place definitely a new take on horror/suspense movies.

Every part of Saw, except maybe latest one. I was watching few days ago Shutter island, it’s not real horror, but for me it was, and I would it recommend to everybody.
There is nothing better than the Paranormal activities and they will scare you.
