I participated once due to high rewards but it's just for testing my beginners luck. I really don't preferred a gambling game on which Im not comfortable and doesn't have a knowledge on it.

Horse racing gambling game is legal here but only for those who are regulated. Any kinds of unregulated gambling here is illegal. We have some sort of gambling bookies around our streets and it attracts people (generally, mostly age of late 30's above) because of high reward on a small bet although as usual, it must be on high odds. And honestly, houses around that bookies take that opportunity to do business by establishing a drinking bar with live horse game to watch since the main bookie was full of people and you can't watch the race properly.

Just a dissapointment that at the end of the day, lots of paper bets scattered all around the place and it will just be sweep by street sweeper the next day in the morning.

I think it is not considered as gambling if you do bets by watching a game on TV or something it just can be considered as fun bets so we can do if we want and it is not a gambling in my opinion.

Same thoughts were this is just a fun bet and cant really be considered as an illegal thing unless if its already on large scale on where there is already involvement of lots of gamblers into a certain place then having no permit on such activity would really be considered illegal but if you done this with your friends or into some small number of people then i dont see anything illegal with it.

I see sportsbet.io shows the online gambling option as a horse race betting as well on that. So if you want to bet for gambling there are many online with using the bitcoin so nothing cannot be stoppable bro.
If there are is any other site giving the option t bet for horse race betting means I will check and share the same to you buddy.
Here in my location there is place called horsing club where the betting going pretty legal to bet with the fiat cash.

Where I live we have a national horse racing system in place and there's a lot of gambling involved although it is viewed as a sport and the people that are betting on it pretty much live and breathe it with all of the statistics etc. (I've seen people with a wall full of information and stats throughout the years for certain horses and riders). It's really insane. I usually just buy in to one of the many groups that exist from time to time with like $100 or something. One time one of these group hit it big and I won around $4400 (there were like 25 people that bought in with $100 each). I've never heard of any of these groups giving parts of the winnings to the winner in the race, but then again I'm not sure why it would be considered illegal, unless I'm misunderstanding what it is you are saying.

I agree that the horse races can hardly be called gambling. For me it is more like a sport, the same as football or basketball, which brings together both direct participants and spectators. In my city there is a racetrack and there are races. Some people make bets, even develop their own systems, how to guess the horse that comes first. I think it's very interesting, much more interesting than casinos or computer games.

I can't understand, I have to read it many times but still I can't get it. You said that it is legal to horse race and then there are people who are forming groups and when they win with their bets they are giving a portion to the winner(I assume the horse rider). How it can be illegal?

there are no legendary horse racing gambling in my country. I only do online gambling if I want to place a bet for a horse race. and this I think is not interesting. and horse races are very difficult to guess. I never won that bet

Why exactly is that illegal? This is my first time of hearing such because in my place, we see it as a normal activities and just as same as every other betting in football etc. I believe that not everyone can make it to the value where the horse racing is happening live. And this shouldn't make others who want to watch or bet on it to feel left out in participating. Or else it has to do with culture for you people.
