i really doubt that you have to bet minimum one dollar, because they have a faucet that pays only satoshiYes it would make little sense. Also seeing as they just said this. I just thought I read it somewhere.
I think you have misread it, or perhaps you read wrong information about it. Just curious when did you read it?
As I know, you dont need to bet a minimum $1, and all bets no need to be equal. You can bet various amount as you wish..

i really doubt that you have to bet minimum one dollar, because they have a faucet that pays only satoshiQuote
for example, if the jackpot is placed on horse A and Horse B wins, then everyone who bet on horse B will split the Jackpot accordingly to their Bets on Horse B (the higher your bet is, the higher your % of the winnings will be)

how are winnings divided and collected ?
if your horse would win the race you will share the Total Bitcoins
(with the others that have also bet on your horse) that
have been placed as bets on all the horses in the race!
your winnings will equal your bet in % against the other players who
also won.
EX. total 10 Bets, all 10 players bet 1 BTC each. only you and one
and more bet on Horse #1. if that horse win, you will share 50% of the
Total bets with the other person who also betted on your Horse. which
would be 5 BTC.
The Higher bet. the Higher return.

in about 4 hours a 0.1 Jackpot will be placed on the race which everyone will have a chance to claim
The Jackpot is Placed on a Random horse at the beginning of the round.
the jackpot will be split as if it was just a normal bet
for example, if the jackpot is placed on horse A and Horse B wins, then everyone who bet on horse B will split the Jackpot accordingly to their Bets on Horse B (the higher your bet is, the higher your % of the winnings will be)

Hey, we're going to start with a fixed rate. At the beginning the minimum and maximum bet you can make will be 1 dollar. This is only so we can see how it goes, then we will realize the full version.
There will be prizes for only getting one or two horses right. Getting three horses right will be the jackpot win.
Every time someone loses 10% will be added on the jackpot
