Hi,

I think here are two different informations:

Info when you claim ticket:

In yellow rectangle:
"Claim a ticket every five minutes!"

and under ticket number:
"Your ticket number: xxxxxxxxx.
You have a total of x tickets this round.
Thank you for visiting BitRevenues.com. You can claim another ticket 2 minutes later. Smiley."

It is because the time to claim the tickets reduces on the weekends (like today) so the users can claim more tickets in the same time frame. The time between claims is 5 minutes for weekdays and 2 minutes for weekends.
They would have forgot to edit it on the homepage.

Not  a tech guy here but maybe if we could associate a sort of nickname to the BTC address we use to claim tickets it may work out this need; I mean you could announce winners this way:
Winning Ticket #1: 359270267   user :  whatever
Winning Ticket #2: 286752324   user:  luckyguy
........

Being for us way more easy to remember a username instead of a BTC address.

Thank you for your continuing support. Smiley.

That is a neat and nice suggestion. However I see no big advantage in it.

Firstly, most user find BitRevenues through faucets rotators. And hence they might not be able to remember their nickname at Bitcointalk. They might also prefer to just use their Bitcoin address. This will be a waste of server resources if no one use it.

Secondly, I feel that announcing winners in term of Bitcoin address will be more specific. I mean ... I also announce the winners at various forums such as TheBot.net and Emoneyspace. If someone here at Bitcointalk name "whatsoever001" win the lottery. And on TheBot.net, there happen to be another person with the username "whatsoever001". This will create unnecessary confusion.

I hope for your understanding. Of course, if you feel that your suggestion is good, feel free to counter my opinions. If there is enough demands for this new feature or if your reason is good, I will definitely make it happen. Smiley.

As i remember from previos pages of this thread, registration was already removed from Bitrevenues .. anonymous claiming is much easiest and faster for users.
But if combination of both possibilities (username and btc address) for controlling the tickets would not be complicated, I think it could work both together.

Thank you for the explanation and continuing support for BitRevenues.com. Smiley. However, as stated above, I see no practical use of allowing both Bitcoin address and paired username. It will use create unnecessary confusion and waste server resources.

Thanks hopenotlate and keyscore44 for the suggestion and remarks again. Smiley.

Just one more question: After claiming it show us ticket number. Do we have to somehow save him, or after closing the screen, we can in some way check ticket numbers associated with our Bitcoin address?
In the bookmark "Validate Tickets" is possible post only ticket number, but if i didn't save him, how i can check which tickets are mine? Is it possible to check that somehow?

Yes. I am sorry to say that as of now, users will need to manually save the tickets number on their computer. Users may only know how many tickets their have after claiming a ticket with no way to know what tickets was claimed.

Thank you for your suggestion. I agree that this is not practical and I will have to let my users know what tickets they owns. I will be working on the feature soon. Stay tune and keep claiming. Smiley.

Ticket claimed! Smiley

If you want, I can try to add your site to my account on Bitmedia.io . Atm my sites are suspended.

Thank you for claiming a ticket at BitRevenues.com. Smiley.

Better not to do it. I do not want to be on BitMedia.io ban list forever. I believe that as soon as my website start to generate quality traffic and have high alexa rank, they will accept me. Smiley. Thank you for the offer. Smiley.

He probably think about something like https://qoinpro.com/ or http://moonbit.co.in/ or http://moondoge.co.in/ where you just register and after some time you are coming back just to claim your prize..

It is something different. It is lottery, you can get ticket for free, winning is dependent on profits from advertising - so from number of visits on website and clicks on the ads

If what you say is what he is asking, then your answer is correct. We cannot give out tickets automatically like how QoinPro and MoonBitcoin do. BitRevenues depend on advertisements to survive in the harsh and competitive faucets world. We need our loyal visitors to visit us every now and then so in order to increase our revenues and also mean (bigger) payout. Smiley.

Thanks everyone for supporting BitRevenues! Round six is a good round with a lot of claims happening! Smiley.

Do remember to claim a ticket again at here - http://bitrevenues.com/anonymousRoll.php!

Hi,

First of all congratulations to all winners! Smiley

Really, really cool idea with this lottery! I am jealous that I didn't invent anything like this! Wink

It is very nice that you support only Bitcoin advertisement networks, but is it not worth to use also AdSense? For example, in the form of a bonus once a month?
Have you checked Bitmedia.io? From what I remember they had a very good rate, maybe not as high as Mellowads, but really worth it to have their ads.

I will stick here to watch your development!

Good luck!

Hello. Thank you for your supporting comments.

I don't use advertising networks like Google AdSense is because that the process of converting fiat into Bitcoin will take a long time. To add on, there is also fees when exchanging fiat to Bitcoin. Another reason is because that I am not comfortable working with fiat for a crypto related website. So ... 100% Bitcoin! :p.

Yes. I checked BitMedia.io before. However my website was rejected by BitMedia.io twice. I really hope that BitRevenues will be accepted soon. For now, A-ads, MellowAds and BlockAdz work fine. Additionally, I also started a featured advertising package in the auction forum. Check it out - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/featured-advertising-package-bitrevenuescom-cheap-1464847. Smiley.

Do remember to claim a ticket right after reading this post at http://bitrevenues.com/. Smiley.

The website is based on the concept of revenue sharing but it seems to be a faucet and more likely it is a faucet . I wonder about those websites in which you have to register just once and then you have to visit them back just for withdrawal . How would they be generating revenues from their sites ?
Yes indeed. We base BitRevenues as a free Bitcoin lottery site that share it revenues. It work similar to a faucet.

I do not understand the underlined part. Could you kindly elaborate?

So I created a small PHP application to help me draw the winning numbers. It is located at http://bitrevenues.com/verify.php.

I used this application to pick the winners for round #5. Since this is the first time this application is being used, I also manually checked myself.

The winning tickets is correct. Feel free to do a manual check with the pastebin provided before transaction ID is available - http://pastebin.com/VvDyJ5wX .

Winning Ticket #2: 286752324

Is this site still running? It seems one of the old site to host lottery system.

Yes this site is still active. I'm the owner of the site. I dare not say that it is one of the oldest site to run Bitcoin related lottery game. There is actually a lot more lottery based game that is older than BitRevenues. My lottery game is not even one year old. To add on, there is only five rounds.

However, BitRevenues is one of the first free Bitcoin lottery game. Do remember to claim as many ticket as you can now. The current round will end this week. Smiley.

What are we supposed to do here?
I hit roll button, get ticket, and what now? How long does it take to round end?
Why dont you put lottery balance or something like that so we can see in what stage is round?
cheers

First question: You are required to claim a ticket every few minutes. The tickets will be used to determine if you will win the lottery.

Second question: Wait for the cooldown timer to run out. Claim another ticket. Smiley.

Third question: It take around 30 days for a round to end. The current one will probably end this Friday.

Fourth question: Simply because the balance of the lottery is determined from the amount of advertisements being viewed. I am not smart enough to come out with a code algorithm to give the exact number of Bitcoin a round have yet.

Thank you for your interest and do remember to claim another ticket. Smiley.

Sorry for failing to give update for so long. I am developing a new Bitcoin related site and hence have less time to spend on advertising BitRevenues. The new site will incorporate BitRevenues features into it. So stay tune for more information.

Drawing for April will probably be made on next Friday as I do not have free time until then. Keep on claiming tickets while you still can. Smiley.
