It is getting really hard to keep up with all the new ICOs coming, but Stockbet looks interesting to me.
Probably you can look at SONM, Centra, Eidoo these are going to make an impact in a month or two. Also last week I herd much about Confideal in Facebook, all the groups I read suddenly started to post about that project. Nothing special, but platform for smart contracts that can be used by anyone.

That ICO is a lot of marketing imo. It's easy to code real time into ethereum smart contracts, so I don't see why it's necessary.

I've heard a lot of positive stuff about Ambrosus, altough the bounty campaign was a "failure", pre ICO was not, they have a solid team behind it 
I have been eyeing this Ambrosus. I just like their idea of building a universally verifiable system to assure the quality, safety & origins of products, kinda my area of specialization and seeing the picture of how this will work. I don’t know the market cap yet, but you might want to find out a little about TIO, the team really fascinated me though and it might be a project worth looking at. Just wondering why don't you mention COMSA at your list? Do you think they do not worth it?
I think, because COMSA does not have a hardcap.
Definitely a project that deserves attention.
Comsa definitely has great ideas. However, if we are talking about ico with low market caps, comsa being an ico with no max cap, it is quite hard to classify if the market cap is low or not. However, if we talking about red pulse, then we definitely know that the project is low cap. Even though it receive as much as 45mil, it will reject 30mil and end up have only 15mil to work with.
