If one day most of countries in the world ban BTC, will someone with a lot of money spend million or even billion of dollars to establish a whole country. In this country, you will exchange with BTC and other crypto. Will you leave your coutry and move to this 'wonderland'?
Such circumstances are very difficult for me, I must move the country that I respect. If so I will move the country, which in that country all expenses and others use BTC.

We can achieve that by buying a small private island and make it an independent country that accept bitcoin only.
Thats a great idea though we need much bitcoin donation to fullfill that plan.

This is utopia, there will be no "bitcoinland". Establishing a new country isn't that easy, it' not a game, and I don't agree with idea that some countries should use bitcoin as their official currency. Bitcoin belongs to everyone and it's not menat to be exclusive only for one. And I don't beleive that many countries in the future will ban the bitcoin, just the oposite, with time it will become more adopted in many societies.

How about existing countries that are doing more to increase adoption of bitcoin?

https://news.bitcoin.com/countries-priming-bitcoin-demand/

Zimbabwe, India, Venezuela, and Turkey are all "priming bitcoin demand" according to this article. Not surprisingly, all of these countries have problems with hyper inflation of their currency. And pushing people in their country, using their currency, to bitcoin only ensures that the hyper inflation will continue (as demand for their currency continues to decline.)

First you need to find a unclaimed land to make a country, And well there isn't a single piece of unclaimed land left on earth. So I don't think a new country can be established now.
But just to answer your Hypothetical question, Yes I would  probably move to that country given that it has everything else that I have in my country, it can't be just a country using btc full of bitcoiners with nothing else like a country.
