You are completely right, when I bet a lot on sports betting, I can't fall asleep because I afraid my bet lost, so i have to watch the match in 3 AM. Very harmful to our health.

Totally agree, something done in gambling is the only thing that can make us smile in a very short time and ended in remorse when we suffered a defeat.
