I greet you all
You know when you come to a forum like this you need to first know the do's and the don'ts, the rules and regulations, and most especially how to grow, in life we all want growth to some certain extent the same thing applies to this forum, I ask most of my friends here how can a newbie grow on this forum, they all keep saying, if you want to grow you need to be active on the forum,

My question is what does it mean to be active on the forum,
How many quality Posts can someone make daily before he or she can be considered active on this forum, sorry I ask a lot of questions so u can learn too.

Actually I think it depends on your personal decision, everyone has the right to decide when you're suppose to be active and when you're not suppose to be active you can do that at your convenience time, you shouldn't allow anyone to decide for you on when you're suppose to be active. however making too many post does not show how active you're as a newbie, sometimes you can be active just to read threads of high ranked members about how crypto investment works, as a newbie you don't have to be curious you need to take one step at a time because crypto investment requires enough knowledge. Moreover crypto investment isn't what you just learn within a couple of days rather it requires time and patient so as to acquire all the knowledge before embarking on the  journey.

I ask most of my friends here how can a newbie grow on this forum,
Maybe we all know that to grow up, you have to be small first. A man does not grow up suddenly, he grows up slowly. Similarly in this forum you will gradually reach from small to big but it requires a lot of patience, practice and experience.
Quote
they all keep saying, if you want to grow you need to be active on the forum,
There is no obligation to be active in this forum. How active a newbie will be in this forum will depend entirely on him. There are many of us who have very little time to devote to this forum and there are many who have no job and could spend more time on this forum.
As per your point newbies are advised to be more active in this forum so that they can spend time here and experience more about this forum or cryptocurrency.
The advantage of being more active in the forum is that you can better scrutinize the important posts here and educate yourself from there.

My question is what does it mean to be active on the forum,
How many quality Posts can someone make daily before he or she can be considered active on this forum, sorry I ask a lot of questions so u can learn too.

Being active in the forum does not imply that you should make a large number of posts every day as a newbie, at least one or two posts are good, But spending time learning should be your first goal. Read what others are posting, ask questions about anything you don't understand, and specialise yourself in many areas, especially crypto, because I noticed that you earn merits fast when you make quality posts about cryptocurrencies, which is why you need to first spend your time in learning, and once you have this basic knowledge, your account will grow as you want, but thinking of creating too many posts daily as a newbie will result in spamming and spamming is against the forum rules.
This is a very wonderful topic, however if you would accept my advice, I would like you to keep to learning first and don't rush to grow your account, when you have the knowledge it must surely come.

Well, you have made a good point. As you say, I also help you with some vital information. First, I would like to say that those who can see good positions in this forum are slowly coming forward after working very hard for a long time. It's hard to tell if those in good standing have ever put so much effort into the forum. By spending time in the forum and progressing slowly with your talent, you will see that you have made a good rank at one time.
Lately, I've seen newbies come to forums using alt accounts to make their accounts big overnight and lose their existence by getting tagged or raided. If they slowly try to come forward with understanding, then something good is possible.
If you want to do well in forums:
Read many posts first, get ideas about all the threads in the forum, try to understand precisely where it is better to post and don't do anything random in the forum. Be honest and dedicated, and try to post one quality post daily. If you post about someone's problem, you will provide him with the correct information.
One post per day and at least 3-5 posts per week. If you proceed slowly in this way, your position will improve. Stay in the forum when you feel like it. It would be nice to share all cryptocurrency information with everyone on the forum sometime. Then, I will spend a lot of time on the forum.

My question is what does it mean to be active on the forum,

Being active on the forum is not all about being online on the forum in other for your login session to keep counting, you have to be online in making quality contributions, learning from what others are posting and improving your self in one or two major aspects of your interest, this will show with time that your activeness is all about what has brought a particular development or growth to you.

What is meant by being active in a forum does not mean that more posts will make you more active. Because if you make too many posts it will definitely become spam. Just make posts according to your abilities but of good quality and according to the topic. In my opinion, what is meant by active is not only actively making posts, but also actively reading everything on this forum. Because there is a lot of information and knowledge (especially crypto) in this forum. Because if you actively read in this forum and then ask questions about things you don't know and according to the topic or maybe share information with other members, maybe you will grow in this forum. And I am also enjoying the process.

One post a day is already considered very active in the forum. As a newbie, you are not here just to make a post but you are here to read and explore the forum more. You can stay on the forum 24 hours as long as you can, nobody stops you from doing that and there are no rules that limit us. But is not about the number of posts we've made instead, it is the learning and new ideas we get. Your post time and behavior will change as you rank up and much more if you are already in signature campaigns that require a specific number of posts daily or weekly. But since you are just a newbie OP, it doesn't matter.

Being active in forums is the same as if you were living a normal life like a human in general, you need to eat to survive and work to make money. There are lots of things you can do while you are active in the forum, starting from reading posts that can add motivation for you to stay longer in the forum and several other topics that can increase your knowledge.

You are free to post as many times as you want in a day or never post at all, there are no special rules that require newbies to post to be considered active on the forum. You must master what you want to post and have material that is useful for other members. If you are still unable to contribute to the forum, become a reader to gain more knowledge that can change your direction from previously knowing nothing to becoming one of the members who contribute to the forum.

All your posts should look like posts that were thought out and not a repetition of what people above say. But everyone evaluates the quality of a post differently. Of course, the author of the posts himself, as a rule, loves himself and believes that he always writes only high-quality posts. But over time, watching how people respond to you or even appreciate your efforts, you will begin to understand what is interesting to the forum and what you should simply remain silent about.
If we talk about targeted activity, then this is very false. For many, the forum has become the place where they want to come every day in their free time, without any obligations or pressure to increase their rank. These people consider the forum to be a place where everything is interesting. If you accept this, you will not be bothered by the question of how often you need to write something here or even be present.

There is no limit for newbies of posts n the forum and that means you can post any number of post a day and if you want tod be active then you have to post at least 2 - 5 daily so you won't spam the forum that much. And all what you have to do is to read more than posting because the more you read the more you knowledgeable. All what I am saying is that you H w to post less and read more, study more and learn more with that method you will be one of the greatest member in the forum.

Many newbies came to the forum without asking questions and end up with banning the account with plagiarism and others.

It would depend for sure, you can do pretty active for sure but just make sure that the post wasn't just trash because if you're going to do that surely you're going to be tagged as spamming in the end. If you really wanted to be active here in the forum I would say that around 7 or 8 posts per day are going to be considered as a very active member, there was no issue for sure if you are going to post more as long it is useful one or your just having conversations, I mean on normal days I pretty much just post around 2-5 post per day, there are for sure times where your having some problems on crypto spaces, so I needed to ask members here that would probably increasing my post, if I really wanted some answers I would engage more.

As a newbie I wouldn't really recommend posting a lot here in the forum since it would surely drain you in the long run, I mean it's not really easy to reply to everyone or create your own topic it would take time. What you should do is to focus on the quality of your post since it is more important than quantity, and probably would help you get merits as well in order to rank up here in the forum. Still, you're in a Bitcoin and crypto forum, what I always say is start investing and exploring the cryptocurrency space, and in your journey, you could use this forum in order to help you with anything as long as it is related, you don't really need to stress everything here discussions are just the important thing so that we can all learn.

Why does it matter?? Just post when you think you want/need to, or specifically, only if you actually have something to contribute.

But I know why you're asking lol — of course so you can rank up and earn. I don't blame you on wanting to earn, but if you're focusing on activity? You're going to fail. Time and time again, the people who end up staying here for a good while are the ones that actually know about Bitcoin/crypto.

Merely being active with many posts can not guarantee your growth in the forum, if the posts are of low quality, then it makes no sense, you'd rather do 1 quality post in a day and it's ok. As a newbie, there's no pressure to do any specific number of posts, because you're not yet in a signature campaign, so the focus on newbies should be to learn about Bitcoin and the crypto space to increase their knowledge. Don't let merit to be your primary reason to make posts everyday on the forum, because if it doesn't come as you expect, it can be very frustrating, so focus on learning and posting quality crypto contents and you'll eventually get merit and rank up.

I am a newcomer in this forum and I appreciate the very informative replies on this thread. I think it's best not to step on anyone's toes especially in an established forum like this one. Thank you for the tricks and tips to anyone who replies/replied on this thread!  Smiley
Bruh, you are making it sound as if here is an organization where you need to work hard to get to the top. Just do your thing; read more than you post so that way you can be able to contribute meaningfully here and you are good. Observing the do's and don'ts will also help you keep away from trouble.
The forum abides by rules and regulations and the only time you'd 'step on toes' is when you default them, if not you are good to go.
The essence of this place is to not only learn about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, its also to connect with others, share knowledge and so on but if you make it out like you just did it would seem as if here's the principal's office  Grin

My question is what does it mean to be active on the forum,
How many quality Posts can someone make daily before he or she can be considered active on this forum.

being active here has many meanings and is not just logging in every day which indicates you are online.

1. activity
Every user here is rated on the posts they make every day. As for how many, each individual has their own answer. but it's better to post 2 every day. Of course, it's not just posts that become trash and don't make a good contribution to the forum. but if you have enough time you can add it yourself.

2. merit
Apart from activities, merit is also a reference for rising to a higher rank. To get this, users must be able to provide meaningful posts so that other users who have sMerit can provide them to you.

3. study
There are also users who don't chase rankings in the forum, but only read and learn from what other users say in this forum and then practice directly. In terms of profile, he may not be high, but with the wealth of knowledge he has, he can have a great portfolio, even more than just a shitposter and a user who is chasing rankings.

I ask most of my friends here how can a newbie grow on this forum, they all keep saying, if you want to grow you need to be active on the forum,
They're wrong, activity isn't the only reason why someone can grow.

A silent reader who never make a post, but he's keep learning and practicing what he read in this forum, he will grow.

A shitposter who only try to post as much as possible and didn't have any value at all, he's active, but he never grow.

Don't listen to someone who didn't know anything, just be yourself and do what you like in this forum, becoming a silent reader is far better than posting without add any value.

Most of the members you see on this forum are all starting from a new position and have arrived at this position. The beginning may be difficult for a new member but if he can be active regularly in the forum during those difficult times and he can be patient hoping for better things in the future then he will surely succeed. A new member can post in this forum regularly from active to various important sections as well as share some important information in the forum. Every time a new member is active in the forum and shares important information, he will get some qualification for those posts and when he reaches a certain level of qualification, he can earn a certain rank in the forum. These are the next steps but the first step is to be patient and give time to the forum.

Your friends should have directed you to the topics that explain forum rank - like this one.

Long story short, you need to make on average 1 quality post per day, and by quality post I mean a post that earns at least one merit. On practice it's impossible to make only one post per day and always have it merited, no one, except Satoshi, has literally every one of their post merited. So more realistically you need to make at least a few high-effort posts, but even more realistically you need to make as many quality posts as you can and hope that at least one will get merited. You will quickly find that it's hard to earn even a single merit and you can go for weeks or months without earning any merit at all if you are a newbie who can't contribute anything truly valuable to a discussion.

You can use your discretion. I consider any post more than 7 per day to be spamming. Spamming is when you when you are all over the board making irrelevant and low quality posts that adds no positive value to the forum.

You should also avoid mega threads. Those are topics that have more than 100 pages. Also unless you have something new to add to an old discussion, don't comment on a topic that is more than 3 months old because you want to be active daily.

I don’t quite agree with your assessment of too many posts in a day as been spamming. Your other comments about not replying to a post except you have something relevant is the right thing, doing the opposite of it is what should be regarded as spamming. You can have more than even 10 post per day and it would still be of quality. There are plenty of the reputable members that have such high post counts and all are quality.

Also posting on mega thread doesn’t make you a spammer too, a discussion could be all about the a topic and the discussion would be length due to future scenarios this doesn’t mean those engaging in the discussions are spamming, although mega threads are hub for spammers, quality discussion still exists there.

Quality of a post doesn’t comes from how many posts per day. You can do just two and they could be spamming and you could do like 7 And all could be quality. Just treat this forum as any forum, where you engage with people and make quality posts there is.
