This is really sad, used to use it but think it will be the last time am using it. Thanks for the heads up. It's so ridiculous how this peopl6want to make profit and they don't think about their clients who keep them running in the first place... All the do is just keep getting greedy.

I never use the exchange before but wait a while. Is there representative on here contacted before about the issue because First user only said he contact them but the explain in particular maybe on here or through another platform. why dont guys switch to nexybit cause they are adding more coins every week and you will always earn NXY with BTC,ETH, USDT as daily reward for trading on there.
I will leave the negative feedback on them since they didnt care to explain why they blocked your account and you lost money because of this. You should do the same.

Hello guys, today they finally sent me a message saying that the security ban on my account has been lifted. This is happening after the value of my account has halved. Who is now going to pay for all the loses I made and the time they stole from me. I still reserve my anger towards this exchange, but I've got to let us know they have finally enabled me to withdraw from the platform, thinking of which other trade I can do to and on which exchange to do the trade to recover my monies back. Thanks for all your supports and contributions so far.

These guys are real thieves, I don't need to be taught otherwise. Today they sent me a mail saying that my verification is denied, without stating the reason for the denial. I logged into the account only to see the message written bold again on my profile, asking me to check tickets for details. The funny part is that the two tickets I have opened, they closed them automatically and marked them as resolved. What do they really want with an account that is worth less than 0.1 btc. These are petty thieves. But they will not run away with my money. I must get it back.
Today, I received a mail telling me that the support ticket I opened regarding this issue with Mercatox has been closed. How on earth can right-thinking people be behaving in this manner. Or they think because I don't have the financial strength to make this case popular for my fund to be released or maybe they feel that the cost of making the world hear my voice is more than what I have in my account and as such I can forgo it. Well I don't plan on giving up until I get justice. And also I wish they can be sued for damages but it seems they are anonymous to a very large extent and only have little of their name to defend. Whatever the case, I will not rest until I get my money back.

they have many Scam Accusations cases against them, but why do they still have customers?
Answer: They still have customers because many people do not do research before using the exchange, many people think that what happened (having bills blocked, money stolen and support ignored) with others was an accident and with it not going to happen the same thing with them, so people continue to use shady exchange.
Today, I received a mail telling me that the support ticket I opened regarding this issue with Mercatox has been closed. How on earth can right-thinking people be behaving in this manner. This is not good I have two coins on that exchange , this is one of the reasons why I still do not deposit my coins that are listed here because of this issues they should have a support team to answer these accusations here on Bitcointalk, they are on their way to becoming the next Yobit with so many accusations here in Bitcointalk scam section.
I can't understand how they keep being in operation with this level of clear scam. They still operate and keep themselves as though they don't care and that no one can bring them down. Thanks for your contributions @robelneo

Financial strength aside, there are things you can do to try and convince this type of scammer to refund you. You don't have to spend money you dont have to raise awareness. You have to be dogged and persistent to get noticed, even if it feels useless, keep going at it. Pm me, and I will try to help you spread the word at no cost every now and then.

I have edited the post. Do I need to move the post to a more busy thread? Because I really don't know why a trader will not be able to trade his account for this long. In a very bearish market, I could well lose over 70% of my account portfolio in this short period. Notwithstanding the amount of profits I could have made pending when the verification is completed. Other sites like IDAX and Bittrex, including Quoine, Kucoin and some other ones where I verified, it takes less than a day to verify. And also I've never seen a situation where an unverified account has the limitation of trading his account, the ban is usually placed on withdrawals. 2 weeks and no news from Mercatox on what is going on with my account.

It is not solved, they still kept the account locked and refused to verify me. Neither are they saying anything concerning the document or any further requirement. I Never have any problems with this exchange but one time month ago i make a double click on mose when i posting a sell order, and then it come "ERROR-CONTACT SUPPORT"
And after this i can't make any transaction. After speaking with support and after veryfing my acoount everything come to normal
This action was closed after 2 days so i have no problems to mercatox, in my opinion it's good exchange
