he seemed to be a newbie and haven't had an experience on dealing with it so I think it is necessary for him to start his journey on putting only not so huge amount and start a research regarding to alt coin and learn how to know whether if the alt coin has the potential or not . I also think that yobit could be a good exchange for him to start and understand how the platform works and then he can already move to another much bigger exchange .

There are Altcoin Campaigns in the Marketplace(Altcoins) thread here in this forum, that is where you can find Altcoin Signature and Bounty campaign where you can earn Altcoin per week, or per month, depends on how long the ICO of that certain Altcoin will be running. And if you do have bitcoin, you could also buy Altcoins in the different Exchanger Platforms here in the internet like C-CEX and YOBIT, and do it as a Trading business.

There are lots of way to earn altcoin, some altcoins there own faucet, and the latest that I can give to you altcoin faucets is this link https://www.coinfaucet.co/healthyworm there campaign is also ongoing now, you can try it too. You can buy other coins in any exchange sites but much better for you to buy in bittrex, poloniex, and c-cex.

i think bittrex can be your option too to trying lending, i have this experience too but i think i am prefer with poloniex because the list of the coins to lending is much more than bittrex. but if you do trading in bittrex, then it is good to lending in bittrex too. i think don't use much of bitcoin for first time, unless you have good experience enough in lending and you can lending for many coins too as long as you have balance for each of the coins.

I suggest if you want to swap the BTC and altcoin in Poloniex / bittrex because the fee is not too much. but there are still a lot of exchange to buy altcoin

In any exchange platform, all traders have a chance to earn altcoin/bitcoin, but you must send bitcoin first in the exchange site, or buy bitcoin for you to avail of buying other coins in the trading platform. You can try Poloniex, to buy some stuff of coins or bitcoin her.

I use poloniex to buy all my altcoins. You will need to have bitcoin in order to place buy orders for any altcoin they have in the marketplace.

what do you want buy altcoin or you want loan in lending section
if you want buy altcoin, is the best in poloniex, in there the best volume trancation in alctoin exchanger

Your question doesn't make any sense. If you want to buy alt coin for collateral, does it mean you are already have bitcoin before you buy the alt coins and you don't need any loan again, right? Because you must have collateral which has 120% greater than your loan amount.

It depends on your chosen alts as not all altcoin exchanges that mentioned here have those altcoins you are looking for. How to earn altcoins? Buy it or earned it by doing various task offered here in the forum if available. Your's now to decide what alts you will choose based on your study and research.

Lenders here have their own criteria when choosing a certain alts that will be used as a collateral.

poloniex is a recommended site by many members here and i am agree with this, i use poloniex too. if you want to lending bitcoin, i think you can do it in poloniex, but i don't know how to do that because i am not yet lending at all.

if you have small money, then yobit is the best option for you although you can trying with poloniex, but in yobit you can found many coins with cheap price.

it is bad idea because all of markets altcoins use bitcoins to buy it.
You can buy altcoins on https://poloniex.com https://bittrex.com
and other altcoins exchangers of course use bitcoin for buy them.

What you mean when you ask about earn bitcoin? You are in the signature campaign so you know how. Or go service section and do some Mikro tasks, or use your skills. To buy some Altcoines I can suggest you, poloniex or C-CEX.com exchanges

for earning them you do the same (mostly the same) things you do to earn bitcoin. you do a job and ask for payment in whatever form you want. it can be fiat payment, bitcoin, litecoin or livestock Cheesy

and as for buying them, i see people are still suggesting yobit, i advise you against it because it is not a good place to trade at all.
instead try more trusted exchanges such as poloniex and bittrex.

and what you saw in lending board is only true about altcoins with stable prices not all of them, and not all lenders accept altcoins anyways.
