There are lots to consider when choosing an altcoin or alts to invest in, but I focus more on where the token is listed it's more like the most important and relevant of them all, because before a can be listed an a very reputable exchange it must really have tried to prove itself worthy.

There are other things to look at like the trading volume, on chain activity or utility etc. But when the listing part is covered i just go ahead to gamble with those coins because it might pay off some day.

How Are You Identifying Potential Coins for the Bull Run?

The best way to choose coins for long term investment is to pick gems such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana from top-20 projects listed on coinmarketcap, due their well established reputation with good historical record of performance. Additionally, we need to pinpoint the new sectors those are building narratives of advanced technology, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Real world Assets (RWA), and invest in coins with potential to excel in the next bullish market.

Checking should be done prior to investing...
 - exchanger
 - use case
 - people behind

New projects haven't that kind if stuff which is hard for them to consider when investing and of course, that was not easy for them to put on the list in top exchanges like Binance.

How do you find presales? and is there any now that you have suggestion for

Check for launchpads and reputed exchanges as most potential coins are now directly getting listed on exchanges through launchpads. I have seen some similarities with listing on Binance. Before they list any coins they would always announce it and you can check where exactly that coin is listed before Binance listing. You can buy that coin and then wait for the listing to happen on Binance. If you have enough BNB then put them on Binance launch pool and whenever they list a new coin you would get a good share of it.
It is a big factor for new projects to get listed in known and big exchanges as this will be an encouraging factor for investors to consider when choosing. That is why I don't go anywhere to look for a gem but rather stay on big exchanges because we believe that all the coins listed on that particular platform have market potential.

I'm not too sure but it seems like memecoin is always there in every bull phase, maybe memecoin provides instant profits, and many people want to get things like that, so every phase there will always be people who buy and become rich at that time.
I think there is no instant profit in investment, including meme coin investment. they also have to do research to determine potential meme coins in the future and they also have to wait for the meme coin to hype to make a profit. Plus after investing in meme coins the risk of loss is much greater than investing in altcoins that have utility.

And some of those are the aptos, Arb, people, and others who can tell if it's their first time to face or join the bull run and halving, so I am pretty sure that this is also the first time that they will be able to show their ATH high this coming bull run.

Maybe, maybe not. Hard to defeat Bitcoin and Ethereum because both have gained significant market share and are the first in their categories that have boomed. Alt L1s and L2s on the other hand, it's pretty much a battlefield. There's no clear answer right now which ones would actually have long-term staying power.

You make a valid point. Bitcoin and Ethereum have indeed established themselves as dominant players in the cryptocurrency space, benefiting from first-mover advantage and widespread adoption. However, when it comes to alternative Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, the landscape is far more dynamic and uncertain. While there may not be a clear answer right now, staying informed and remaining adaptable to market dynamics can position investors to navigate the evolving landscape more effectively.

for me that is so hard to find as we have been here for how many times now that there are no consistency about each potential.

but I kept checking those 3 accounts here that I which believe about being knowledgeable in altcoins.

so you are for memecoins? then which coins are those mate? because I think there are AI and Layer2 projects that dominate the market now.

I think the coin you mentioned is a new coin right? Honestly I don't follow them so I don't know whether they have potential or not. But in my investment strategy, I prefer the safe path. Choosing top tier coins like BNB and Solana is the best way for me. Indeed, investing in new coins can increase the opportunity for bigger profits, but it also carries big risks. I prefer to buy coins during presale and that can give me more.

But I see that the coins on your list have a chance because they are already available on good exchanges like Binace and others. I hope you are lucky with your choice.

I've heard of the tokens you mentioned but I haven't dabbled much with tokens. How these tokens develop and whether the rush can live up to their potential in the future, I think is the biggest challenge. Many projects are creating hype in the current market. Even after listing on top exchanges, projects are scamming, many are heard of falling prey to scams. At present I think it is very risky to invest in new projects, projects are waiting for different opportunities in the market how to loot money from customers. I think it's best to invest in top 10-15 coins where risk potential is very low.
If I'm not thinking within the range of the top 10 cryptos, then it's probably not for me, I'm personally quite skeptical about new projects, despite how they can be profitable on the short term and give many times ROI, investing in them is simply gamble, because there are more scam projects than legit. Although if any investor is able to take the risks, then let them research well and invest, if they get into a good one, then it'll be good profits for them. Tokens being listed on top reputable exchanges are not a guarantee that they'll be potential assets to hold on the long term, I'm just saying.
I agree, the top names are the ones for me and I agree that it makes the most sense as well. I understand why people may see it and think of it like nothing too great but it is not the smart idea and we should consider that as the most weird question.

Like why would I want to invest into something smaller? That doesn't make sense, the whole world decided which ones to make the most money and ranked them high, if the whole world put their money into 10 coins that make sense, then why would I want to be any different from them? I understand that it may feel weird for some people but it just doesn't make sense for me, it is not really that great. I hope to make it work somehow, and just keep it within the most known ones as much as I can.

Bitcoin!!
After enduring a bear market for two years, witnessing the recent surge in cryptocurrency prices feels like spotting bubbles in the sky. It's a refreshing change, and I must admit, it's quite unexpected.

Earlier this year, while discussing strategies with friends for the year ahead, we anticipated joining the market trend post-halving, typically when the bull run gains momentum. However, the rapid surge in prices, particularly of cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH, caught us off guard. Consequently, we're exploring alternative avenues.

Despite the market's volatility, numerous promising projects have surfaced recently. After thorough analysis, many of these projects exhibit significant potential and are already listed on top exchanges. Tokens such as $MANTA, $ALT, GPT, and $PIXEL have particularly captured my attention.

It's crucial to acknowledge the presence of numerous rug-pull projects amid this influx of new ventures. Despite this risk, I remain optimistic about identifying solid investment opportunities.

Given the impending bull run, I'm interested in learning about the strategies others are employing to select tokens for investment.

I believe before now, we have been crying out to all investors to adopt Bitcoin, even when the market was in a sideways movement, and latter entered the bear run after the ETF approval. However the price of Bitcoin is still not too high for you to start to accumulate beside you're not in a competition to accumulate, so fo what your strength can carry without affecting much of your other financial activities. You could use the DCA method to accumulate.

For investing in altcoins, I don't usually give directive towards investing in a particular altcoin. I believe the decision should come from yourself so that, you'll be responsible for the out comes of your investment. There are several shitcoins out there including those that were listed in exchanges. First they may seem promising and after a while they'll just retire to their original nature. So when making your choice you should be careful and conduct proper research before buying any coin for holding.

You have a good coin and potential. But honestly I'm not sure about the Manta and Pixel. I see they have a small circulating supply compared to the maximum supply. This means that if they release coins that have not been supplied into the supply circulation of course it will affect the price and will cause a correction. I identify coins that will have a bull run by looking at what narratives are being hyped at the moment. And I think currently the AI and Defi narratives are the 2 most popular and that will affect the price of coins that have a relationship with those two narratives.

There are certain token categories that I intentionally consider while stalking my bags with assets for the Bull. AI tokens, Gamefi, L2 and others. I get to follow different cex listing updates like that of Bitget which comes more frequently before some of these tokens begin to trend. I sometimes check to see tokens funded by other big exchanges like Binance or on their launchpad. Weeks back, Pixels had the crypto world’s attention and helped build some serious momentum around Ronin too. It generated more than $1 billion worth of trading in less than a single day when I checked and that's great. there are other ones like Portal that came with a level of hype I haven’t seen in the crypto gaming space in some time. The airdrop farming push is helping investors as you'll see users flood Twitter with tweets and campaigns.

Those that didn't peaked yet and never had an all time high. Despite that there were many launching prices that were quite high, that doesn't mean it's already its peak. That's how I have picked some of my altcoins and looking forward to wait for the time that it will start pumping. There is a chance for it to reach ATH for this cycle but if not, it is okay as long as I am able to make money out of it. I don't get attached with many of these altcoins during this bull run and I have to sell them whenever I can for me to max out the profitability that I am seeing with them. I have failed many times doing this so I hope that this time it will work for me.
I am also a user that is very much skeptical when it comes to altcoins investment. I am always fearful and I don't know why. If I buy BTC and for instance it goes -20%, I will still be fine and smiling. But when I buy an altcoin and it goes -10%, I'll start jittering.
Talking about new coins that haven't seen bull run before, it is a good idea and people have said about that. But knowing the previous ATH of a coin gives the idea of what to expect and exceed on the coming bull run.
Yeah, you know right the feeling is different when we're okay losing some paper value of Bitcoin for some moment because we know it will recover.
But it's a different thing if it's about some altcoins because that value losing it by that time, we don't know if it's going to be back as soon as possible.

Need PR/CMC & CG? TG @The_Cryptovator
Identifying the potential coin isn't easy and would vary for each individual. For me, I choose most of the time from the top altcoins. Though a few meme coins were doing very well, I wasn't interested in meme coins, hence I failed to catch the rally. So still, I am interested in top coins like Ethereum, ARB, and LTC. Even though these coins aren't pump-dump coins, they have potential growth. I am currently holding a couple of altcoins from the top. I believe these coins would grow significantly during the bull market.

Its easy; check their website, view there whitepaper, and pay attention to the highlighted features to check if they have been done successfully. Also check the exchanges they are trading under to see if they are tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3. This is because i rather go for coins listed on top exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, and Bybit.
Your analysis is cool but may not subscribe to your  choice of Binance cos they are more inclined to top cap projects. They listed pepe when we have already made more than 10x . You also omitted Bitget and Gate from your list of exchanges which makes me wanna know why cos those two exchanges are not just top tier exchanges but have been very good at listing good projects early.

I remember ORDI and TIA debuted on Bitget before other exchanges saw the potential.

You are not far from the obvious but in most cases timing could be helpful particularly if there are platforms that are good in not just identifying good projects but get them listed at the right. These scenario could be a bit rare hence hence TA but keeping a close tab with Gate or Bitget could put someone in a good entry price position considering their listing speed in this industry.

Just imagine buying either of Manta or Pixel before the spike and take your profits to watch how the rest story unfolds.

There are lots of strategies I use, and I'll try to share them, but please note this isn't financial advice.

1. I go to Twitter, search for top trending coins, and then head to CoinGecko or CMC to research the ones I find appealing before checking their socials for activities.

2. I look at announcements on exchanges that have an eye for quality listings, like Bitget. Their recent listings have had decent runs and provided good returns.

Doing these have enabled me have an edge in the market and maximized my profits..etc.

Oh, so Bitget is also good at listing gem early, I know about MEXC and Gateio but sometimes they also list some rugpulls. What are the tokens they have recently listed that did pretty well?

Yeah, their listing speed is admirable. Searched Google and I found this 👇. As always NFA..

The cryptocurrency market in this time took everyone unaware because everyone was predicting the BullRun after the halving and this time around the BullRun came before the halving and this also show that the market is unpredictable and the bear or the bull can occur at anytime of the years. Ethereum is also moving with bitcoin and has hit $3+k. For the first time when I knew Ethereum it was 2,000$ and apart from these two major coins any other coins just assisting the population of the cryptocurrency market though there are coins that are doing well.

There is still 38% remaining to climbed the All Time High so if anyone is ready to invest then he can still make profit from the 38%. Therefore it is not yet late.
