Myetherwallet is the place i store most of my coins as it is really easy to use and since coinbase started accepting ether and litecoin i will be planning to store some to their wallet and majority of the coins which i am saving for the long term will be saved in paper wallet as i am not planning to move the coins for now.

I stored my ethereum in 2 wallets first is coinbase I use it few months ago when the coinbase listed ether in their wallet before I use exchanges site wallet and if the price sell direct selling. But storing altcoin in exchanges site is very risky because they have many senerio the trader hold their altcoin ti the site after few days the altcoin gone. I also use myetherwallet I transfered the 50% of my total ethereum in that wallet because I think that is more safe because you have only private key and you can open your account the hacker cannot open that because you can know only your private key because no one can know . Except to you.

I'am happy because I have ethereum even their value for now is not too high, I cannot expect that this altcoins price were raised up in the market. I was continue earning ethereum because I'm looking forward that this altcoins were become famous in the future.

The regular wallet (mist/geth) took up 20gb the last time i tried it and either has to be running all the time or takes hours to update to use (from what i remember)

Any alternatives, especially liteweight, out there besides just storing them on exchanges?
myetherwallet is the eaiest wallet I have used. The panel is simple, to send and recieve is easy to use. I am not storing eth before , put it in exchanger but after try my etherwallet I think I love it.

I am using myether and I find that it is very easy to use. They give us the data file and also give us the privatekey. Keep them safe and backup it because one day you might lose them.

I now store my ethereum online on a  PARITY and MY ETH WALLET moved away from the desktop wallets.. they just take too long  to sync and all that
plus ransome malwares like the WannaCry emerging which i believe could easily damage wallet backups i think i made a good decision.

Since I don't have much I usually store mine in the the exchange. I know it's "bad advice" but since I can't run a full node it's really my only option.

For me the safest way to store ethereum is through myethwallet ive been using it for a long time and if my goal price will reach probably send it to an exchange.
Myether wallet is good but it doesn't have a good security. If someone be able to access your private key and you will be over. I think mist or hardware wallet is best place to store our ethereum, ERC 20 token and ERC 23 token.

I bought a small amount of ETH recently and I tried to use their official wallet but well it is really taking sometime to sync, so I researched and I see several options.  Among them I chose myetherwallet.com, since I can also use in sending ETH token.  It is easy and convenient to use.

On the first I encountered ethereum it's sound like good to hear, that's why I try to study their background also the value and their ability and capacity. After I studied their status, I try to have a faucets that produce ethereum. And now I was hoping that their value were still raised up.

Storing your bitcoin or altcoins i recomend coinbase investing in bitcoin and eth but if you really a trader and needs alot of wallets you just create a account in a trading site like poloniex they almost have all the altcoins in the market and at the same time you can also trade them if you want while investing.

An year ago I was have some ethereum in my exchange and after its value fall I sold them and now as the price is again rising and it is going well so I am thinking to buy some ethereum and keep them for the price to increase and for that I will try to keep them in a well trusted exchange as if any bad thing started to happen then I will exchange them immediately.
I think yes it is still good time to invest your money in Etherium but if you have some extra money that you can afford to invest for a long time. because I am sure that in future Etherium will remain as number 2nd best altcoin after bitcoin. Therefore I am also keeping eye to Etherium and thinkn about to invest my money there.

Yes, this coin got a good potential to become the best altcoin in future. Now is the right time to start accumulating in small quantities and store for another one-two years. Surely we will see a huge jump in price and we can make some good profit from this investment. As of now, I'm still storing in the online wallet but thinking to switch to off-line wallet soon.
