Really bad for those shitcoins because they are dying now. Though if you just look with the top coins, I think its a better opportunity to buy more because of a cheap price. If the price gets lower, then we have to celebrate a little since we can buy more bitcoin and top altcoins. I hope the next time the market will be bullish, things would change and people will be smarter, buying shitcoins gives bad image for the market as we cannot avoid the newbies to get FOMOd in coins that will pump and some of them might not be able to do some research.

Really bad for those shitcoins because they are dying now. Though if you just look with the top coins, I think its a better opportunity to buy more because of a cheap price. If the price gets lower, then we have to celebrate a little since we can buy more bitcoin and top altcoins. 
Not all altcoins depend on bitcoin. More precisely, some of them are much less dependent. Of course, it is mainly bitcoin that determines the movement of the market, but I noticed that there are some altcoins that do not follow it.
I think Bitcoin will be the major driver of any recovery. We need to watch BTC price movements closely, particularly historic support levels and any psychologically important thresholds. $5k is the next big one going up.
No, it all depends on the market and the traders who do trade with those altcoins. Bitcoin is just a guide to the traders for most altcoins that they have to move according to the price trend of Bitcoin that's why some altcoins follow what's the trend of Bitcoin. Altcoins makes a hard move since last year but it something there is a light along their way seeing that little pumps in the market. We cant think that it is all about the preparation for coming bull run cause it is not enough to bring crypto into such huge hikes. We need huge support from the community.

Lower price of bitcoin the lower price for altcoins. The value depends on what's the importance of that altcoin and if there's something that makes it more valuable then it's price is likely to skyrocket.
But those low cap projects that are high quality could well rise more in percentage tersm than BTC in the next bull market.
It's more of every coin that has decent value for the moment, they are likely to skyrocket within the next bull run. Yes, including those low quality projects, as I've noticed from last bull run most of them does.

That is good chance because the value of altcoin and bitcoin is currently low in price, so this moment must be utilized as well as possible, by buying favourite coins at low prices like now, then this is very good for profit later

Most of the altcoins are in bad shape price wise and that do not mean there are not going to do well in future. I think cryptocurrencies market is doing a hard reset and we should expect it to resume it upwards movement any moment from now.

yes you are right the value of the Bitcoin will not be good in this market then people will not trust any other currency it will affect the value of other cryptocurrency to discuss Bitcoin is the most trustable currency by all of us that's why this problem will happen.There are a few coins that have expanded. in any case, this isn't an issue since when the cost of bitcoin builds, satoshi's esteem will increment and that will make the conversion scale against bitcoin change. I wouldn't fret the cost of the altcoin Rates diminishing on the grounds that I center around the improvement of bitcoin. for me that when bitcoin encounters positive rates, it will gradually open up the market. it requires investment to achieve that stage and we must be persistent.

If you see there value of other cryptocurrencies with price of bitcoin other have fallen very much than bitcoin so what time is actually more valuable than any other cryptocurrencies they have. I don't really calculate the value of bitcoin based on current market situation just hold it longer you will know the real value in few years. 
low means good for you to buy more altcoins than waiting by thinking it or here by watching the market, in your opinion is low but I think altcoin is still expensive to buy if using bitcoin but low if using fiat yeah all altcoins are cheap compared to the last 2017
