If a more experienced person is willing to explain why I'm wrong, it's really worth tempering your pride and listening to his comments, analyzing them and thanking him for spending time on me.

But if this person, irritably, from the height of his understanding of the problem, rudely says that I am wrong, even if I try to be modest and learn, this will often do little. Because often the gap in experience and knowledge may simply not allow me nor to understand what I am wrong about, nor what I can even start additional study with in order to ever understand my mistake. And in the end, only the annoyance of misunderstanding will remain.

Not everything depends on the learner.

Some people pick offence when someone criticised them, but from my understanding I believe that criticism is something I believe that can make someone to be active because the person will see it as a challenge, but I understand that some people does not understand that when you are been criticised it's when you will be more proactive because its has become a challenge, so therefore I'm seeing criticism as encouragement in my perspective, let newbies should not take criticism as insult. I think some people simply are like that and can’t be changed unless they want a change. I’ve met enough stubborn people who even if proven wrong continued to be stubborn and arrogant. That’s just the way they work I’d say.

You can try your best and hardest but if they don’t want to think different, they won’t. So being open minded is a choice or part of their personality imo. Maybe part of it comes from education, but we all have a brain and if you’re told ten times that a thing won’t work and it doesn’t and you continue doing it, it’s not even worth trying anymore.

If any newbie is expecting leniency from senior members of the forum then sorry to disappoint you you won't get any. Getting upset by the statements or criticisms made about your post is of no use and there's no way you are going to stop more from coming. They say "iron shapeneth iron", for you to grow in post quality you need these criticisms cause without them the forum would be filled with lots of dull brains trolling around. It's only a person that don't want to learn gets angry when corrected. Correction mustn't come in the way you had wanted it that's why it's called correction.

Those who don't want to be taught by others are more likely suffering from a sort of complexity. Arrogance and unnecessary ego are involved. Else, how can one assume they know it all when it's obvious no one is a repository of knowledge.

Knowing this only comes by practical. You can't figure them out except you've dined with this lot.

This here is the greatest key to receiving/getting knowledge from others. Those who hoard knowledge hardly receive from others. As a tutor you will get to understand that teaching is also a part of learning. Even those you teach can chip in ideas/suggestions/words during the course of your teaching that can open up different perceptive to you and make you see something differently.

Maybe it's their attitude which will eventually change only if they learn the lesson in bitter way.

I know that it is bad to correct someone in a disrespectful way,this will make the person fill angry and might hate to learn anything from you. Not all beginners have the traits you wrote. It doesn't have to be ashamed if it's wrong and it doesn't have to be arrogant if it's right. What is certain is that you must know how much ability you have. Admit if you're wrong, it's easier for you to keep learning to get better.
But you have to have a way of validating. Validate people's opinions, because not all suggestions are suitable and good. Validate it by reading to find other information with good credibility. Being careful and always verify information you got from others. Don't trust, verify even it is information, knowledge.

If you want to learn, you must learn from people who have abundant knowledge and I am sure they are people who are greedy to learn too.

Sometimes, you must hear negative view to be more careful with your response on the market. It means you must listen two different opinions from different types of people.

It's just don't force yourself to teach other newbies when you are newbies.

Newbies Stop Teaching When You Need To Learn.

Some people don't know how to correct others. They correct people in an unfriendly and disgraceful manner which might make the person react negatively. There is a need to correct people respectfully even if it is a child. Some people are not also happy when they correct them using disgraceful words like "Why are you asking such a stupid question, you are so dumb for not knowing this". I agree with your thoughts op but there is a need to learn how to correct people politely and respectfully.

All your recommendation are very good points but I want to add that you shouldn't apply before testing what you have been told. You should verify the information and if it is valid, you can test it before you apply those recommendations. Verifying is the process of researching more on the information and gathering more facts about it to ascertain if the information is valid or invalid. If it is invalid there is no need of going further to test or apply it.[/list]

Maybe I see this point more, so don't rely too much on other people's opinions and don't take it completely 100% means when Receiving information blindly without critical evaluation can lead to a shallow understanding or the adoption of wrong information.

D. Continuously reflect and reassess means Re-evaluate your position based on new information or alternative points of view to ensure continuous growth and learning.

If anyone responding back to a teach with hate speech then the student does not like the teacher or instructor. And this is normal thing in physical educational centers. Not all the students like all the teachers so if those teachers students hated came to the class they would not like them. Sometimes the students would even walk away.
And if the student is in that class, he will not learn anything.
Open minded is always there if the student like the advisers, he will accept all corrections. Nobody on earth lives without mistake, so correction make life better. It is not always one is good mood to learn. So some time you have to do other things to forget some stress in the brain.
Pride is one of the thing stop people to learn from others. This one can't teach me or I can't learn from this person, that is proud and you will never know that thing again. So if you want to learn you have to swallow pride and learn from the known source.

As a person like myself who knew little on a field or something there is no need for me to get mad, if they correct me and give me advice, and I am more willing to take shot as long as i learn from it, sad reality is some people don't want to hear comments, they take it personally and leave, they don't know that they are being corrected, take all the hit and learn will help a person in the future because they will also learn patience and controlling their emotions is also good to develop.

There are barriers in life that exist invisibly such as greed, aggression, ignorance, doubt, arrogance, etc. But this is always in each of us and we will not lose it. When we realize these things in our lives, we need to know how to overcome them so as not to limit ourselves by limited binding prejudices.

My view for the transmission of electrical communication is that the object is suitable for the method of transmission, not everyone wants to listen because of the above that I mentioned, it is like a circle with no way out, most of the time. We're all going to go through things that benefit the individual, then the collective. In any environment, learning will have no limit, there are also bad and beautiful things that appear for us to get trapped in the game of life, not clinging to those things that we have to see for ourselves everything is positive and contagious.

Constructive criticism is one way to learn few stuffs from others. Well its really hurt being corrected though you knew to yourself its correct but figuring out your wrong have a slight feeling of ache but if anyone learn to overcome that and accept it. Some people don't want to be teach by someone responding with hate when they were corrected by people who knows more about something, in return they learn nothing and stuck with little knowledge that they thought they know it all,

• Apply and test what they have told you
• Surround yourself with people who are not greedy with information
• Distance yourself with negative people, they will pull you down with them
• Share what you learn from others let it be a cycle of learning, to help others also, remember people never hesitate to help you to learn, you should also do the same.
