Casinos industry in the web is very large now. It might even bigger than the physical casinos.
The gambling industry has, like many other industries, been largely overtaken by the online market, and, although gambling in land-based casinos still exists, it has opened the door to a growing market because people can gamble from home at any time and avoid travel and being seen. This also brings other problems, because problem gamblers have the vice available at any time from their mobile and consequently it is much more difficult to quit.

Not surprised by the statistics and the numbers, I mean even before the pandemic online gambling industry is booming. But during the Covid-19 lockdowns, every gambler stays at home and obviously they can still continue to do their gambling activity when mobile devices such as cell phones, PC/Laptop and tablets.

And in this community alone, we have seen a boom as well with gambling related signature campaigns <...>

With the lockdowns there was a booming of online activities in general. It was especially noticeable with gambling and what you say about the signature campaings, although it is true that they are very important nowadays in the forum, it has been like that for a long time. Both with bitcoin and in the forum, gambling has played a very important role and I think the current price and the market cap owe a lot to it.

I think that one of the Things that made casinos and betting houses so famous and necessary was the pandemic that forced many to go to casinos to try their luck, the Lack of employment made many choose to earn money this way, and as for the blockades, I think that any blockade of people for living in countries that are considered "forbidden" is something that has no name, they cannot Belittle people for being in a certain part of the globe, in crypto there should not be no restrictions for anyone, this should not exist, the more there are casinos like this, the less chance of success they will have in the future.

Yes online casinos were making waves before the Corona virus but it can never comepare  to what is happening in the industry. I Know that for year to come the industry will be on it highest peak where everyone will be using online only instead of using analog method of playing games. We thank God for the new technology which make things easier than ever.

People are being more dependent on technology nowadays and the way it moved so fast probably because the pandemic contributed to it. During those times, we are not allowed to go out and we can't go on our normal days so online gambling emerges. Online gambling doesn't need to have physical contact and just like what you've said, it's accessible to a lot of people. One thing I also noticed is more people are discovering and learning about online payments and e-wallets so when you have those things and you know how to use it, it'll be easier for you to gamble and do transactions online. Now that the technology is advanced, for sure, in the future it'll be bigger and more people will shift to online gambling

The WHO was officially announcing that the pandemic was over, so our lives were back to normal. If during the self-isolation people spent more time online, now they have to spend less and less time at home, so the number of gamblers has dropped significantly compared to that period of time. In my opinion, it is very difficult to predict the future behavior of this industry, as there are quite a few competitors, such as computer games, virtual and augmented reality, etc.

What middle class? There is no middle class left. Not in the US, not in the rest of the world. Actually there are only 2 types of players in gambling. 1) The rich, 2) The poor. There isn't anything between. The big casinos want to attract the rich people and the others are getting the poor. Poor people are also the perfect addicts because they don't have anything to lose other than what they got as a paycheck that month and every new month is a chance to get rich. So they will be playing forever till they die and 99.99% of them die poor.
You are right that the middle class is disappearing at an alarming rate, however they are maintaining the illusion they still exist by getting debt and making expensive travels to places like Las Vegas and putting it on their credit cards, however my point is that even that is about to disappear and when that happens all of those casinos aiming to get those type of clients will simply disappear too as there will not be enough people to sustain them.
I don't understand why a casino would aim to get customers or gamblers from a certain class and why won't they aim to get gamblers from every class. A small casino would also want to have rich gamblers use their platform and getting them would obviously be their first priority since that brings in more profits and more opportunities for them to grow.

So what casinos basically want is people that have money with them, whether they are rich or poor or from the middle class, they don't care. All they need is someone sitting on a table or in front of a pc or having a smartphone, placing bets on one of the games, because that is what keeps their business running.
One thing is to note how do casinos or sports betting companies make money from their gambling sites? As far as I know if more users will get by any casino, will earn more. It's not like a rich gambler can give that casino more profit. Because if the rich man loses a big money he may not play again the next day. However, those who conduct gambling operations regularly, even if they are small, act as the main driving force of the casino or betting platform.

The global online gambling market size was valued at USD 63.53 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.7% from 2023 to 2030. The growing internet penetration and rise in the use of mobile phones among users for playing online games is increasing the demand for online gambling. For instance, in 2022, internet penetration in the U.S. was 92% of the country's total population. Furthermore, cultural and legalization approval, easy access to online gambling, celebrity endorsements, and corporate sponsorships are also helping market growth.

Based on type, the global online gambling market is segmented into poker, sports betting, casinos, and others. The sports betting segment is expected to gain a substantial market share in the forecast period due to the growth of the sports betting industry driven by the effective use of computers and cell phones to place wagers on sporting events.
Source

When you summarize it, it all goes down to the "easy access" of the gambling sites in the world.
Cell phones/smart phones - If there is no application available for the gambling site, you can always use the browser of phone instead, if it won't work in mobile view then, you can use other browsers that have the feature of "desktop view". It's actually easy nowadays to create a solution for small problems like this.
Desktop/Laptops - According to ACS (American Community Survey) 89 percent of household today have a desktop or a laptop in their place. Internet connection is not a problem anymore because they are offering cheap prices for 10-25 mbps speed. Gambling sites doesn't need a super speed internet just to access it, most of them are text-based websites so loading a page won't be that long.

Marketing - We can now see celebrities endorsing the gambling sites. Even our heroes in the sport can now be paid to put the name of the gambling site in their shirts or jerseys or if they want more money, they can use their tongue and say the name of the site. Sponsorship. Every time we watch a sports event, any sport, you name it, we see their names being flashed on the screen.

According to the articles shared, sports betting will have the highest market gain in the next few years.
What do you think?

It does feel like the market is still expanding and even some US are only just legalizing it more at the moment. It might continue to grow until there is some push back by politicians or any societal effects start to appear. Like you say, the resources involved in setting up and running a casino can be fairly minimal - they can be run from fairly light apps, so as long as the user has a basic phone it will work for them. The biggest issue facing casinos is that more people become aware that it's just a money pit. The average user, for casinos at least, will usually figure out that they are not going to make any sort of good return from playing these games - but they might keep gambling their whole lives in things like sports betting.

Since the first online casino was created gambling online has gotten more popular, and thanks to the pandemic this growth began even faster, this explains why so many gambling platforms have appeared over the previous years, as an increase on the demand brings and increase on the supply as well, however at the same time those casinos will have a great deal of trouble to establish themselves, as the casinos which are popular already have gained so much strength lately that it will be very difficult for them to steal some of their clients away from them.

Even though in some countries gambling and physical casinos are prohibited, in reality there are still several physical casinos that operate because of the protection of people in power, it's just that most gamblers prefer to gamble in online casinos because they can play from home or they are without have to go to a physical casino.
It's not that easy for countries to prohibit gambling then we can use a VPN because there are also online casinos that prohibit their users from accessing using a VPN.
What is clear from the rapid development of online casinos is caused by the convenience and more efficiency that can be obtained when gambling using online casinos.
When an online casino doesn't provide services in a country, it might be possible for people from that country to access the casino but they will surely face problems if they are asked for KYC since they will need to provide documents that will let the casino management know that the people are not from an allowed country.

Generally, I believe that cryptocurrency casinos should be accessible worldwide since cryptocurrencies are available everywhere, but mainly because of their licenses and rules, and regulations, they don't accept players from certain regions.
The universe of gambling, folks, it's like an engrossing thriller! Despite the iron-clad laws, brick-and-mortar casinos somehow keep rolling, courtesy of their high-powered patrons. But, guess what? Today's bettors have a fantastic shortcut to quench their wagering thirst – the world wide web! They can hit the jackpot from their living room, the ultimate convenience!

But wait! It's not all peaches and cream in this game! Some try to dupe the system with VPNs, but the internet casinos are no fools. They have their ways to sniff out VPN tricksters, so no sneaking past their digital walls! And let's not forget the KYC hoop - those from the no-play zones might hit a snag when it comes to document validation. Quite a maze, huh?

And imagine this: what if everyone could access crypto casinos? Cryptos are like elusive unicorns in the finance world, galloping without borders! But alas, licenses and laws rain on our dreams, barring players from certain locales from the crypto casino party. Life's a paradox, don't you think?

Maybe that's why no wonder that casinos are growing faster than we could imagine. However, both have advantages and disadvantages, both to the gamblers, casinos or the house, and the normal people who don't have any idea that these things do exist.

These online platforms provided nowadays are easily accessible which means it is also easier for irresponsible gamblers to lose their money and their house. Vice versa to those winning gamblers, it's easier for them to make money. In terms of KYC which corresponds to crypto gambling, the security of who you are doing transactions with was a big risk. But  a big advantage to those who wants to remain their identity anonymous.

Life's a paradox indeed. And in gambling, it will either build you up or break you down.

Its also a choice to be made because you wont really be messing up your life if you are really just that good on making up decisions and make gambling as a past time and not a source of income. If you are a type

of person who do have those kind of hopes on having or getting fast profits or making yourself rich then you would be likely be engaging on gambling more. Gambling industry comes become bigger? Its not shocking
whether we would be talking about online or offline things they are really having that significant growth. Why? there's a demand on which we know on a common market if that there's a sudden huge demand
then expect that economy or industry would really becomes more bigger and this one shows that numbers are increasing which means that there are lots of people who are engage into gambling.

Life situations or conditions would be entirely be varying on how a certain individual is really that dealing with it or making out some decisions basing into that. You cant really be that ending up on a
situation if you have just chosen well.

I think pandemic affected our lives very deeply. In past it would be very hard to convince old people (old gamblers) to start gambling online. But I am sure, out of boredom, they started trying online gambling at their homes when lockdown happened. It would normally take them years to learn because they are quickly losing their focus. But when you are obliged to sit at home and not have anything other to do, you learn faster.
This is similar to what happens when a person wants to learn a new language, if you live on your home country and no one uses this language then it is going to take you a lot of time to learn it, however if for some reason you had to move to a country in which that language was spoken everywhere then you will learn way more quickly, as you will be forced by the circumstances to learn whether you wanted it or not, so old school gamblers had no other choice but to adapt and learn how to gamble online, even if at the time they we are not very happy to do so.

Even with the licenses, rules and regulations, crypto currency casinos should still be accessible to every one in every country because, as of now, no country in particular have come up with a full crypto currency regulation, and until this happens, casino are free to accept crypto deposits and withdrawals from any country.

It is when a country come out with its crypto regulations laws and rules, which is not acceptable to the casino, then they can start declining crypto deposits and withdrawal, infact, stop gamblers from such country from using their casino, most especially, if they wil he depositing and withdrawing in crypto.
It is not only about accessibility, even if some casinos are accessible to anyone from any country in the world, they don't allow them since they ask for KYC and someone from a restricted country cannot comply with the KYC and AML regulations and hence they will eventually lock or limit their accounts and don't allow deposits and withdrawals for them.

So even if a casino is allowing you to access the games or features it is providing, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are also allowed to make deposits and withdrawals, especially if you are going use a significantly high amount.

Gambling is a phenomenon in our lives. It is a phenomenon as old as human history. In ancient times, people gambled by making dice from animal bones in cave cavities. The technological advances we have today make it easier for us to gamble. It's not hard to predict that the market will grow as gambling becomes easier. Companies that develop new applications and interesting new games will get what they deserve from this market. I have no doubt that statistics in this sector will always get better. Because all conditions are favorable for this to happen.
Since ancient times, people have had widespread attraction for gambling and it has begun to grow day by day. People of ancient times wanted to gambling, but they could not play. Because at that time it was forbidden in most places. But gradually that situation improved. At present people do not have to go out. They can do gambling at home. Based on gambling, various types of gambling companies are now formed. A competition is seen in this industry. As a result, we can be sure that this industry will be ahead of any other industry.
As much as I want to agree, I don't like the idea of having so much competition in the gambling industry unless they have unique games that are being offered. I think we should've learned our lesson when we saw how big the altcoin industry is. It leads to scams and other evil intents like robbing our identities and being sold to the black market.
I would very much like to keep it small but I doubt that could happen. After witnessing how huge the profits they could make by simple computer development skills, there will be more business-minded people that would gather in it.
I have my list of reputable casinos and sports bookies though, but the newbies that will fall victim to the scam attempts of new gambling sites will be a sad event just like the scams in cryptocurrencies.

This is really huge. What I've worried about is those under 18 who are into gambling and would be prone to addictions, which means they would commit crimes or steal some money. As I've also noticed how rampantly the influencers in social media are posting this, and what I've worried about is that those influencers are showing that it is easy to win on those platforms, like just betting this and for sure you'll win. Someone also approached me, my cousin, who is under age, asking about money that he will pay back once he wins on that specific platform, and I am really worried about him.
No need to worry, even your cousin accept the offer and give his money to that scammer, your cousin will learn about fake investment and it should be a good lesson for him to not trust any stranger. Well there's no way to verify if the gambler is underage as long as he's not submit his KYC and there's a chance if he use another person KYC who's older than him e.g. brother, uncle, father etc.

He definitely use his mothers ID when doing KYC on some gambling platforms but lucky to him he listen on my advice not to invest those platform as I've heard yesterday that gambling casino that was really promoted by the local influencer said that they got closed and lock withdrawals also there are incidents that because they connect their online wallet to the casino their funds got transferred though it is not 100% confirm that the casino do it but they said that it is the only platform they used recently.

Ancient people considered gambling as a meeting event and it continue to influence young people. As we can see, it keeps on growing and spreading across the globe but too unfortunate that nowadays, the majority of gamblers considered this as another source of income, not for pleasure and entertainment anymore. While these casinos see the massive growth of gamblers, they also see the opportunity to earn more profit. And they build and create gambling sites (offline/online) to provide satisfaction to these gamblers and become rich while these gamblers waste their money.

Undeniably, the technology experts invented has helped develop a business. These companies use technology and implement their ideas into a site where it can attract many people to use it. And that's what happened in the gambling business. The development of increasingly advanced technology has made the gambling business grow as well and can reach more people to play gambling easily. And all businesses will grow to be more advanced, not just the gambling business, and there will be lots of new people who want to play gambling at each casino.
