The friend who introduced bitcoin to him have did it well suggesting to hold atleast for few years time. If not surely OP could've got greedy, because he doesn't know anything about the market and he have entered the market with all his earned money just because to make himself rich. This is completely different and every user who have come to know about bitcoin should never find it a way to turn rich or a quick rich scheme.

Bitcoin has actually changed a lot of people's lives on before now and this your story is part of it and will still continue to change people's lives and this is literally, if you have patient with Bitcoin , Because this is not something that just happened an over night , you must have a long time view of at least a period 2 years plus before you could start to see results like this
Majority of noobs will really be that interested on jumping into crypto space which they do really believe that it is really something that could make them rich on shortest time as possible
but thats not how reality works.Just like the rest been saying that crypto or Bitcoin could really changed up someones life but it wont really be that something that could happen instantly.
You would still need to work hard for it and be wise when it comes to your investment. You cant really just put up money and wait without doing something.
This is why some do make out some trades and some do make out some holding and make theirselves busy on other ventures other than crypto.

Your story is great op; but of you don't mind, throwing more lights in these points below could help clarify me.

1. You had a job that paid $300 per month, your friend asked you to resign, without getting you any other job yet, you trusted him so much and resigned immediately. He must be a great friend.

2. You quitted your job before investing in Bitcoin. And according to you, you didn't touch your bitcoin for years, how did you survive all those years without a job. Or do you withdraw the btc occasionally which you didn't mention.

3. If you save $300 every month, it will take you 3 years to save upto $10,000 which was your investment capital. There is no chance that you save all your $300 monthly.  If you save $200 monthly, it will take you more than 4 years to get $200. Could it be that you worked in delivery company for about 5years?

Your story is beautiful but somewhat exaggerated or mistold. I decided to sensor the story, because stories like this might deceive newbies to quit their job only to invest $10,000 and sit idle for 3years doing nothing but to watch the investment grow.

The testimony of Bitcoin is something we can't continue to end it because i believe that Bitcoin have helped many people across the world, because people are not looking up to government work any longer because of the of the adoption of cryptocurrency, and i believe that Bitcoin have a very good Bond which with the values or the sectors of trading you can be able to survive via it's trading and it's development as well.

Same goes for me that i do really have the chance or situation where financial state is much better compared into those times on not knowing bitcoin or crypto beforehand or earlier.
There are many people who may not be as lucky as you in crypto, but of course it really depends on how they manage their investment. I believe some of them failed because of a lack of experience and knowledge, and the failure doesn't seem surprising. Basically crypto (bitcoin) can change the finances of anyone who is willing to consider investment risks from the start. Many success stories have been talked about, but success is not for everyone and never hit the average.

Be a holder, this is the best choice to change your finances for the better in the long term. Even if no one dares to guarantee the future, bitcoin is the currency that has the most potential to outlast thousands of other altcoin. Prices will get higher in the future, but volatility remains.

Yes Bitcoin has been my source of income, when I graduated from school for years I had no  job, I searched all to no avail, so a friend of mine introduce me to crypto trading, were I trade Bitcoin and made profits, ever since then Bitcoin have made me independent, I can no longer depend on anyone.
When we do talk about opportunity then we cant really deny that lots of lives had been changed up because of Bitcoin.Although it would really matter on how someone would put up that effort and investment which

it could really be giving out that kind of opportunity if it turns out to be well but if not then you would really be losing money instead. So it do still vary or depend on the situation but in overall
it could really give out that kind of changes in towards your life.

Same goes for me that i do really have the chance or situation where financial state is much better compared into those times on not knowing bitcoin or crypto beforehand or earlier.

I try to share with my history about bitcoin not only with OP but also my life changed drastically with Bitcoin.

I didn't go to college in the final semester because I was familiar with bitcoin, even though I could do both at the time, I still chose to focus on Bitcoin rather than continue my final semester of college. But my financial condition changed completely after getting to know bitcoin starting from participating in several bounty projects and the results I invested in Bitcoin. So far, my main income has only relied on Bitcoin investment and this has become my daily routine.

I don't know what happen with my financial if don't know about bitcoin because I pass college and not easy find real job in my country depending many competitive and small chance get salary like earning from bitcoin. I am glad with bitcoin have changed my life and try keep all out my assets for investing with bitcoin for my future needed.

I am very glad that this happened to you, Bitcoin is simply a life enhancer, I found BTC a little later, when it is more difficult to obtain it, however it has changed my life a lot, there are more ways to obtain things than with the traditional economy, the traditional economy makes you a slave to the entire system, it does not allow you to be a millionaire or rich, with BITCOIN there is the possibility of becoming rich at any time if you have the right investment in Bitcoin, this is something that I call potential and that very few people see, I still see Bitcoin as the best opportunity in the world and I think that is why it is so precious.

What I don't understand from all these stories is, why would you quit your full-time job to invest in bitcoin?
You write that you quit your job. So what? Next, you invested in bitcoin with the money that you earned working as a courier. What's next? Have you calmed down and started waiting for growth? I don't know OP; for some reason, this story confuses me. It's just unwise to do it the way you describe it. In your story, you are lucky, but things could have been different. But even in a bad case, Bitcoin could also change your life. Grin

Besides, how did you live? Earning $300 a month, you invest $10,000. You describe it as money saved from working as a courier. Did you save for over three years and then invest everything? Storyteller?
This is a cook-up story all with the aim to either hunt for merit or to meat posts quarter, the whole content of the story didn't add up and from what ops posted there is no way that is possible, well am not surprised t this post as I have read several threads popping up lately with misinformation and lies without any form of truth. So sad we have so many storytellers lately.

Just to share to you a similar story, the way BTC changed not only my life but also the life of my family is just amazing.

It is really difficult to earn money in a third-world country. Competition is too high given that job opportunities pay below our minimum wage ($10-$15/day). Not to mention, those jobs that pay below the MW are the ones that require strenuous effort and taxing jobs. This forum gave me the opportunity of working conveniently online. Not only did it help me support my education, but it also supported in alleviating some of the expenses in our household.

I hope that people would become more aware of the opportunities that BTC provided.

I don't know about the others, but OP's story doesn't make much sense to me. First of all, how long you have to save from a $300 job to save $10,000? And 2nd, he claims that he quit his job in 2017, bought bitcoin, waited for 3 years and then sold it in 2020. Question is how he lived without a job and money for 3 years, just sitting on his bitcoin.

Looks like just another merit fishing bs story, and a horrible advice to any newbie. Its like a textbook example of what not to do when investing in bitcoin.

Having full time in cryptocurrency is a bossy move, you can sleep anytime, you can wake up anytime, and you can do whatever you want. It's toxic free that could help anyone to earn more if done in a right way.
Full-time gives freedom because it is not ordered by anyone, but if we do tasks in crypto we also will not be paid (applies to bounty campaign work etc.). But if as a trader we also have to be disciplined and must continue to monitor the trade that is being carried out.

I even currently have a full time in crypto, but I set a schedule to make work more efficient and avoid procrastination because we are not being watched by anyone.

Crypto changed a lot of things in my life, especially at the level of the economy getting better and being able to fulfill one wish that had not been achieved before. Not just material, but also a lot of knowledge that I got and many new friends who have the same hobby and passion for cryptocurrency.

2) Opportunity: Try to embrace genuine opportunity that will change your life in future, like what I did to eliminated poverty in my family by embraced Bitcoin investment to quit my delivery job that changed me in the society.
I am delighted for you, but such opportunities are not available to everyone.
Do not quit your job just to invest in Bitcoin; you can continue to work while investing in Bitcoin with your earnings. If you kept your job, you could have more than what you have as investment capital by increasing your portfolio every month if you get paid, which will reduce risk and allow you to have confidence in yourself.
If the coin did not pump, you would have been crying by now, as you stated that you use all of your money to invest in Bitcoin. Please keep in mind the inherent risk of cryptocurrency investment.

Don't quit your job to invest in bitcoin, it is a very unwise option to take, investing in bitcoin is not a business, neither is it time consuming, so you can keep your other sources of income or your jobs in real life and still comfortably invest in bitcoin.

It depends, I mean if you're not happy about your job, where you lose a lot of confidence, pride, self-love, because of the toxic workplace, then it's okay to leave, do not hesitate. Maybe that's what OP meant, or he is not happy about the salary he is getting every month which doesn't worth the energy and time he put per month.

Just for clarity. You mentioned that you invested worth $10,000 from your $300 monthly salary. That's like 2 years and 9 months of savings without even touching a single amount from your salary? I am just confused because you hinted that you came from a poor family so it is hard to imagine putting all your monthly salary into savings. Unless you worked as a delivery guy for like more than 5 years before investing in bitcoin so you can save half of your monthly salary?
I also the one who doesn't believe about his story lol, it's just like a motivational post that can be created by everyone.

He told his friend suggest him to invest in Bitcoin and the @OP already made a good profit which is 4x multipliers from his initial capital, I don't think the friend who suggest him to invest Bitcoin isn't asking how much the @OP get and he will start to beg money from @OP.

Is there any loyal friend nowadays when it's about money? I don't think so, most of relationship ended because of money.

Good inspirational share OP.

Congrats anyway OP. We look forward to the next bitcoin ATH that will change more lives again in a positive way.

If his story is true, it was a very brave decision at the time. If it was me I'm sure I cant do it, 10,000 is not a small amount to be able to save while with a salary of only 300$/month. It can be said that he must be very thrifty, limit spending to the maximum to be able to do that. I am also a worker with an income of 333USD/month, I am very frugal and hardly spend, I also only save 150USD per month, it is a very difficult time for me. And as a newbie to the market, I would never risk investing all the money that I have saved in 3 or 5 years, I will only invest a part.
Congrats OP for getting the results you need by doing what few people dare to do.
