I wouldnt call them so quick scammers at best really bad sellers....but yeah I can understand the frustration...

this story was actually very close to my episode with them years ago, they have not improved since then? I did leave them neg rep if anyone bothered to click (as many people don't care about .org trust system)

I will never go direct with them again, I actually buy from users here lol

some people have been compensated or bribed to remove neg rep, I have had no such compliment.

its time for  new company rather then these scammers


as today i have lost 4-5 btc to these fuckers

Today I receive mail from Bitman that they are trying and problem will be resolved in 2 weeks.
I don't understand what they are trying to. They have valid order and they have S9, it only needs to send to certain address.

Only answer from Bitmain that they are trying to resolve problem was 1 week ago. There is no any updates till now.
I don't know when Bitmain going to ship my order, so I'm scammed as well.


Major red flag being that long without any updates.
Fills like there is no support at all.

At this rate it would faster for me to fly over there and file my complaint in person.  Starting to give it serious consideration.

i think you won't be confirm at all, going there won't solve anything.  your best bet is to call them and tell them to solve you ticket asap.


and if they don't do it, you leave bitmain a negative trust here, and flood on there forum regarding this
