all address is correct but in shipment i think you put destination as CHINA itself, please avoid this with future orders.

Our customer support team works Monday- Friday (Beijing time) and so there was a delay in their response to your messages, all of which were sent on Saturday and Sunday.
Our customer support team had already responded to your messages as soon as they were back in office i.e. yesterday or Monday.
As explained in their response, DHL can not deliver to the address you had submitted or the address you asked to change the delivery to.
Our customer support team is waiting for your response with an alternative address that DHL can deliver to.
