3rd world countries are the people happy the most with BTC/Crypto in general , since their countries don't allow posession of foreign currencies and therefore they can't buy goods from internet , so btc have solved a lot of problems for it's users from developping countries.

Actually I do not see bitcoin in a 3rd world country.The people are poor, they need every cent. Why would they use a currency that has transaction fees when they can pay cash?
Lets see it realistic, when they open a business, they will not start to ship world wide immediatelly. They do business person to person.
Bitcoin might be a help for them, somewhen in the future, a decade maybe. Or two.
For the moment, they have other problems than adapting to a virtual currency.
One of the features of 3rd world countries is high rate of unemployment and underemployment, and bitcoin will help in this two factors I have mentioned. One in the area of unemployment bitcoin can serve as the such of income to the employed youths in the 3rd world countries, and secondly in the area of underemployment bitcoin can serve as a such of extra income while on you daily job to help cope with high personal needs.
The government might put a tax on btc if they want it to help in their country.

if with the payment of taxes that are obliged to bitcoin users and able to help the country's economy I think it does not matter, but what we regret today is a lot about the misappropriation of tax funds for the private of benefit of unscrupulous government officials.

I agree, I do know some people and a few of them are good friends of mine and they live in a third world country and they are into bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies too, in fact they started way ahead than I am so basically it does help a lot especially those who live in the 3rd world country, most of them say it helps them to pay their bills; not all bills but most of them.

bitcoin can help community because no one have a job like student and homeless if the student know how to use computer and homeless know too they can earn bitcoin if they like and practice how to earn bitcoin and some people going rich because of bitcoin. Bitcoin does need the electricity and the Internet but you are wrong on your third point bitcoin does not need the financial system, bitcoin is a new parallel financial system, we do not know if it is going to replace the current financial system but I’m sure it does not need it.
