Bitcoin helps the community by opening job oppurtunities even when you are unemployed or housewife for them to have an income.
Bitcoin could help them provided that they have internet connection. Here in my country internet fee is high, not quite affordable by the poor people. I think it's not how bitcoin can help the community but rather how you can make bitcoin help you. I mean, there are many jobs online that pay in bitcoins its up to the person if he wanted to be helped.
Yes a lot of online jobs offering BTC as a mode of payment but we can't say that job is legit or not. Bitcoin is the best thing to visit in terms of online job, you can surely earned money from here. And this is could be a big help to the community especially to those seeking for a job to have a chance to join in bitcoin world and can generate income from here. It will surely help those who don't have field jobs. That even if they don't have a college degree, they can still earn profit as big as the salary of those who has. Having a regular job in a third world country is still not enough to live a comfortable life. Someone who earns a minimum income would receive his salary for the month and then it would just be enough for that certain month and then need to work again to put food in the table and to pay the bills. There are people who even have debts even if they have regular jobs because their earnings are not enough sometimes to pay the bills and to provide for their another needs so its really important to have an extra income and bitcoin is an alternative income.
Bitcoin is a big help because earnings from it can supplement the meager income earned from regular job. Sometimes, there would be an extra which can be spent for their wants or just be stored in the wallet and then hoping someday it would be valuable and can help them to have a business in the future.
Bitcoin could be useful in allowing direct transfers from user to user but for such a feature to be utilized there would need to be basic infrastructure like electricity and internet. If third world countries start having those then there could be a leapfrog to bitcoin.

Both of you missed the point of this thread. You are talking about individuals, and work in bitcoin, trade, is not a safe way, on that earning you cant relay, you can lose your bitcoins and what will you do after?

Bitcoin or any other coin, or currency can help a community just if everything becomes transparent. We need to know how much some politicians earn, doctors, judges and cops..because of the corruption we have problems in almost all levels of society. If we can keep track of them they can`t be bribed and they will do they job honestly. Just like that "money" in any form can help a community!
