Do you have any outlet in life that won't require you to loss money? I think there are, spending a good amount of time with your family is a good stress reliever. You can have activity with them like playing boards games or you can go out with family specially Saturday or Sunday. That's how I unwind during weekends. Or we will go to my brother or sister and have a family bonding with my nephews and nieces and my kids cousin. You see, it doesn't have to be gambling as only way to unwind during weekends.

Well it is not really true. Sometimes from gambling you can get the same fun or even medication that you spend for all those as well, it is just a matter of you look at things. Sometimes if you are addicted, you can get alot of fun even when you lose so it is a matter of how you see what you likes in your life

In your case if you spend not more than from 5% to 10% of your income on gambling I think you are doing just great. Don't forget that people who work a lot and have almost no rest spend big amounts on psychotherapy and medications to achieve the same effect you get from gambling.

In money it doesn't help you but the impact in your life in think gambling did a lot .You only focus what the wrong things that happened to you in gambling and not the good things in result even a little it help your life to unwind and have some relaxation.

yes if the gambling site is reliable and profitable then you can really make good profit from it. but i think it is really very difficult to find such a profitable and reliable gambling sites. there are more chances that you will be scam by most of the gambling sites.

How can you be scam if you are part of the team, you might be scamming the people if that is what you think.
