Gambling changed many people's lives. I have seen many people gone poor because of gambling and they deposit every single $ they got in gambling. However, there are a few users who made quite good profit out of gambling but all those were short term gamblers.
Gambling helps me relax and forget about the stresses in my daily life. But I make it a point not to gamble more than I can afford. It's not fun anymore if I get too serious and lose some sleep because of the losses. I am just enjoying the moment and the thrill that gambling gives me.
its happen to me, i feel i can have my own time when i am playing gambling and i can temporary forget my busy day and my crowded activity in real life. i think maybe its not good for me but its work with me and so far i can handle myself when i have to face about win or loss and i don't make make limitation on how much i must reach in gambling games.

People that get addicted or greedy think they can win some more amounts. They think that their next bet is still a win. But imo gambling sites or casinos doesn't work that way. When they make you win some big amounts and try to bait you for betting some more. Most people fall from that bait and only few are wise and withdraw it quickly.

Gambling results big changes in our life because it gives happiness,pressure,changes our attitude and gives stress. Otherwise, anyone who involve in gambling result a good or bad effects. In good, friendship become strong in other side our family will lost in our life and become stress that result a unhealthy body.Right, gambling has effect on our life, sometime it give us happiness and many time it give us sadness.
I saw my friend who has become addicted person and gambling has destroy his life, his wife and family left him, because he has wasted his business and use all money in gambling and lost. I have a lesson from his life, i also play gambling, but i don't want to waste my life and family because of gambling. Usually i play gambling with a less amount which i could afford it easily and don't give a bad effect on my life.

I think it's easier to quit gambling. Anywhere you go, there are people smoking cigarettes or vaping. They are just everywhere. Every store sells cigarettes as well. You can easily buy one pack and it doesn't cost that much. Gambling on the other hand mostly burns a lot of your money. If I have both addiction, I will surely work on quitting gambling first because it costs a lot of money to me and the effect is mostly negative. Sure it relieves stress and there are good times but most of the time, you lose money.

I think the benefits of gambling are more related to entertainment. In terms of profit, I do not see many benefits. There are lucky people who make fortunes in days, but it's something rare.
