If you mean just your IP address, I used to be able to do this by disconnecting my modem for a minute or so. DSL only, not with Cable.

The point is that I want to get access to the site which don't allow tor, proxy and VPN
There is no such thing as not allowing VPN/proxy. There's a chance that the VPN/proxy gets blocked due to it being public and too many users using the same one. If that's the case you'll want to use a static/dedicated VPN, which assigns a unique IP for you to use.

If I need to relay / hide my home IP address, I normally just bounce through one of my servers somewhere. Cost $5 for a DO instance / month that can give you 1 TB of traffic, which isn't too bad.

Does anyone have any experience in split tunneling?  I have looked around on multiple sites, but it read like stereo instructions.  Anyone can give me a quick description on how to disable it?

If you want to hide your location or ip you can use hidemyip or hotspot sheild or etc. They offer trail version. If u want to use unlimited time u can use pro version.

TOR browser if you are just surfing the interwebs. If you need to hide everything you will need a VPN.

As in topic. I have tried VPN, Proxy and Thor and it isn't working for me so I'm looking for something other. Do you have guys any idea?
Why are you trying to mask your IP address? It seems to me like this would only be used if you are doing things you want to hide.
So many reasons and absolutely does not mean he/she is attempting to do something untoward.

If you want to change your IP address, you can contact with your internet provider for that. Otherwise you can use VPN. It is your choice  Smiley

I think you are not looking there. There is a lot of video on YouTube on this topic. And so there are a lot of different programs that change your ip.
