I want to know if accessible to members of this great forum about the total number of people that visit this forum, daily weekly and monthly, both members and anonymous users. I also want to know if I can access each boards, each topics to know how many people have visited during a particular period.

You can visit the below link and check the complete SEO of any site including this bitcointalk. It also shows you traffice stats and other detailed
information.

I have just realised that below the section "Forum History (using forum time offset)", inside the Statistics Center, there is only data until December 2017.

What is the reason for this lapse?

I would like to know that too. Does anyone know why theymos disabled "Monthly Summary" statistics from Forum History?

Probably because it caused too much strain on the servers' resources but don't quote me on that, I just vaguely remember some reply somewhere from theymos that paraphrases the former.

Thanks.  I guess he gave up on the idea of re-enabling those features and decided to dedicate to developing new software.
I hope we have better statistics when the epochtalk comes to life completely.

Edit:
reference which somewhat implies it;
I might've figured it out. A bunch of things are currently disabled; I'll work on safely enabling them in the coming days.

BTW: You can also use similarweb & Alexa to get a more general idea of the real amount of visitors & retention time etc.

What is the reason for this lapse? I think it would be interesting to compare these statistics with the current ones, in order to see at which point of the bull market we are, compared to the one from late '17, at least in terms of activity in the forum.
There are many unofficial data analysis with different time range have been done by community members. You just have to check the threads. I can't remember who used to do such data analysis and compare with different time. I guess it was tranthidung.

The only stats I knew is the forum live count stats created BlackHatCoiner and it only provides information about daily online activities (posts, topics, etc)on the forum with a chart though you can also select a specific date but I don't think there's a particular forum traffic statistics that can access each board or topics to know the number of people that visited during a particular period.
In addition to BlackHatCoiner's website and other resources mentioned above, you can use other tools as well. Using whosOnline you can see who is online at the moment, (although using this method you won't see anonymous/guests users). If you need more, just visit the BPIP website for quite a lot of statistics including (Last Parsed / Profile Change and more).

I am thankful for your memory on my thread but indeed the last update for it is 8 Jan 2021 but in another thread. As some members in the community complained about too abundant statistical threads in Meta board, I listened to them and tried to reduce my works for stasts in Meta by merge my them into one, and keep them updating quarterly, there:

The related information that is aligned with what you require is that on Unique IPs from logged-out users and Unique logged-in users over a given period of time.
Two statistics have not yet rallied significantly in the last 3 years, even in 2020 when the market is bullish and the best rallying parameter is Impressions count for ads. For more details, please visit to see.

Derived from the Adstats above referenced by @mprep, there are some threads that have charted the data for better comprehension:

[Chart] Bitcointalk statistics on impression counts for ads (last update October 2020)
Impression counts for ads over years (Statistics) (last update July 2020).

The related information that is aligned with what you require is that on Unique IPs from logged-out users and Unique logged-in users over a given period of time.

In order to retrieve the number of visits (lets call it views) on a particular topic (thread), you’d have to see the current View value from the board’s main page, and try to compare it to an archived view on something like TheWayBackMachine for a prior date. Nevertheless, only a small set of (irregular) snapshots are archived there. This won’t work at board level, since there is no roll-up on the number of views of the contained threads (you can though shift the focus to number of posts rather than number of views).

It seems that you don't know our "Bitcoin Forum - Statistics Center" and I think this is what you looking for according to your needs.

But about each board what you can only do is to see the number of replies and views as what posi pointing above. The number of views must be the number of visitors that read your topic.

With that been said, you can know the overall number of people that visited a topic by going to the section area as shown below

AFAIK the closest thing to publicly accessible traffic statistics is the forum's "Ad stats" page. While it's not perfect, a single ad slot's stats probably capture the traffic numbers with decent enough accuracy to get the big picture. I don't think there's a per-board equivalent for that though. As for topics, the only thing that's available is the "Topic: (Read times)" that's located right above the first post in a topic's page. Not exactly sure on how it counts the part though.
