It's a bad way to introduce yourself here, you will need to gain knowledge and then money may come as a result of this knowledge.

No, merit there is nothing to do with the activity. You get merit points when someone recognizes your post as informative and constructive and then sends you some merit for one of your posts.

What is your question? Are you interested in participating in a campaign or starting your own? What kind of campaign are you thinking about?
If you want to start a new campaign for your project, it would be best if you hire an experienced campaign manager.
