Just don't listen to them whatever they are promising to you because most likely they are just people who are after the referral fee they can get and not if the program can be good or just another failure.

Dont reply him if you want not to scam anyone here in forum dont transact to them to avoid scam. Or if you want to buy anything to the member here pls use escrow to the person that you can trust.

The only way to avoid scammers is do not trust the new users especially with the red trust like you. Scammer is always a scammer they do everything just to fool you or earn from you 
If you don't have any interest towards their offer just don't send any message to them, if you have any interest towards their offer ask them you need an escrow so you both can share the information.

Always remember never talk to stranger, unless you know the person itself. Or you can talk to other's
but never give trust 100% at once to the person.
I guess talking to strangers makes you money
, especially here in the forum, we do not know each otheryet we took advantage on talking and cheating conversation to strangers to make money, yet to know who is the scammer?

You have Only Two Options to Prevent scam. Firstly I Suggest you to Stop Dealing with the people here you don't know and always use an escrow if you want to trade with anyone in this forum. And Before Starting the trade always check the trust rating of the person you are trading with. It will helps to to avoid scams.We are on world wide web we cannot avoid to deal with unknown people since this place is huge men, and sometimes the things we need are not on people we used to know, thats why its safer option to us to have an escrow to middle up some deals so we can make sure that we are on safe dealings and also just make sure that the people you used as escrow is very honest guy so he wouldn't run the money for that deal.

Stay away from red trusted members...it is said here that they scam even if they have never scammed...because you can be the first (lol)
First you should view that persons trust and post history. If its red trusted or a newbie, don't transact with that member.

Well, for me, you must not trust to someone you dont know, you must not make some transactions to strangers. For your finances, ignore any request to send money to the people you dont know, never give some financial information (e.g, SSS, credit card number). Be careful about sharing other personal information (e.g, full name, phone number) and be wise to everything.

good point for this and i should remember this for my own self. better we do trading with ourself rather to work with other person that we don't know. beside that escrow is a must thing that we should thinking before we make any transaction with every person so at least we can avoid the bad thing that will happen.
