I want to start trading too but my focus as of now is to prepare my self for technical analysis
Trading is simply buying low and selling high. You can start trading cryptocurrency on some online exchanges by transferring fiat to them. If you want to buy altcoins, you may need to buy some btc or eth first because most altcoin can only be bought with these two coins
Don't trade making any triangles and patterns. It doesnt work here because it is low volume market.
I also recommend to begin with long only positions. And start with old and high volume coins: ETH, WAVES, LTC, and so on. They will not cost much less then now. May down up to 10%, no more i think.

Nice to knew you have interest in Trading as a newbie , It is advisable for you to Learn the Basics and terminology that you will might encounter in Trading like what is FOMO, FUD, HODL etc, and basics like Trading Charts, Candle sticks, what is Moving Average, and other technical analysis. You should make a step by step or lesson guidelines so you knew the path.. and Check Youtube for some Trading Basics 101 it will help a lot.
