for a local business to accept BTC firstly we have to introduce them about the btc how it works, before they can have feeling for in nutshell wen they see customers asking about btc, they all have to adopt.
We can encourage local business to accept bitcoin, first of all we invite them first let us educate them, and we should explain the advantages of bitcoin or the benefits of bitcoin, especially the value of bitcoin. I think this is the very best way to make them encourage when we prove to them that bitcoin is an international currency and it gives great future or has a future. We can introduce that bitcoin is fast in all transactions, its low fees, and it can use it everywhere.
I think this good to invite them in a formal dinner or in a forum where they will know the benefits of using bitcoin as payment to their services. Maybe some of the establishment is not yet believing what can bitcoin can do to their business. Maybe in the future we will see them accepting bitcoin but it will take days, months, or years before they implement it.

You must educate them, try to conduct some short time interviews and you are good to go. They may have to sell their products higher than its usual value to avoid the difference of volatility or they would buy their products in a store that sell it in bitcoin so that fiat value would not matter as all their prices would be base on bitcoin.
I think if you want businesses in your country accept BTC I think at first Bitcoin need to be legalized in your country. After Bitcoin legalized it'll become a hot trend soon then every business in your country will accept BTC and you don't have to anything to do that

You are correct! It is not as if without legalizing it, there won't still be some making use of it anyway, but they will be scanty and more like a drop of paint in the middle of an ocean. However, the government declaring their stand on the usage of bitcoin and having no problem with it will generate huge awareness for the cryptocurrency and will cause mass adoption in such country.
