Local businesses using bitcoin is an interesting idea.
Does anyone have a website or info of small businesses implementing crypto?
I would be interested to see examples of it in action.
If I ever run a small business, I'll definitely include crypto as a payment option. Maybe not for things that are expensive but for smaller goods and services it would be a great option. The only negative drawback I see is the transfer fee, which could mean bitcoin would mainly be used for things which are expensive.

You will give some appropriate solution to them so that it can enlighten them if ever they will start to use and adopt bitcoin. The price of the bitcoin to the dollar is extremely volatile, and this may cause some problems for local retailers who may not know the currency exchange. I'm not quite sure what the potential economic impacts of this would be, but if there is someone here with a greater understanding of economics, I'd gladly hear your input.
First thing, I don't know someone that use bitcoin but do not know of currency exchange. Local businesses don't even know about bitcoins, that's the only reason why they don't accept bitcoins. And even if they do, there will only be a few people that would risk their money or their business's money since bitcoin is volatile. It's basically the same with normal bitcoin users. There are some that are too afraid to risk it so they don't use bitcoins at all. Others use bitcoin but convert their coins to fiat right away.
Bitcoin is for risk takers, that's why. But honestly, with what bitcoin is going, those that have been accepting bitcoins as payment before and haven't converted yet, they already have made tons of money from holding bitcoin alone.

i think what we can do is to introduce bitcoin to local business and explain to them to learn bitcoin and i think if we can explain with right, i am sure that they will interesting with bitcoin and then in the end, they can accepting btc as the payment. but i realize this is the hard way to explain to them because they are not familiar with bitcoin, but if we can give some information to them, slowly they can understand.
i think we dont have to encourage any merchants to do this, if they will spot that many of their customers are using bitcoin, then they will implement it: very simple for me.

Before you encourage local businesses to accept BTC, you need to introduce first the value of BTC as digital currency. Also, make an advertisement that shows BTC value and how it help the local businesses.

You mean it will happen by its own over time ? I am not having any second opinion on that but I feel it is eevry bitcoiner's responsibility to emphasize the importance of adopting bitcoin payments to the merchants we can talk personally. If you are having some business you can talk to your customers about the benefits of bitcoin systems.The adoption rates by merchants is happening competitively against the individuals who are adopting for either store of value or using for daily spending. When they are meeting at some point, will realize how worthy their action was.
I encourage them to invest bitcoin because its more useful. This is a good investment and don't they worry to lose their investment, because bitcoin is higher and higher, they can get good profit and double their profit. My thoughts it's impossible in my country, cuz my guessing is like 10% of people have been in touch with bitcoin and like 5% still using it so, I don't think so. Even if that 5% tried to make something it wouldn't go well.
