This is only possible through financial education not giving money to poor people or poor countries.If we give money to a poor man or poor country without correct financial education on better dealing with money,they will keep coming back to us and in that way there will never be financial freedom or better economy in the world.Let us deal with the minds of people first then the desired result will follow us soon.
I suggest that financial educationshould be learn in school and as much as early as possible. Students learn the basic principles of how many works, its history and how they can make it grow. The sad thing in poor countries is that their parents are teaching them that they should study hard and get a job and I believe that its wrong. Because competence takes place wherenin the incompetent get trampled and have poor quality of life but in fact they can get their lives better by being creative and don't compete to anyone.

this is not necessarily reduce everything, because we can see that everyone has a different personality, some are willing to go forward and some want like that-that's all. then with that anyone who wants to work hard, then the problem can be overcome with the existence of crypto.
the government can help people what they need , if government can have programs about the main problem of the people . there are government budget for people especially the poor. maybe goverenment should know how to use it properly. In order for us to make the world economy better what we need to do is to be a better person in our society. We must think big but that big must start to the small one because we cannot do big things if we cannot do those small things. What I am saying here is that we must start with ourselves, we must follow simple instructions that our government were asking us to do. In simple paying the right amount for taxes will help a lot for us for our economy. Being productive or creating money for ourselves will surely give a big impact to us an individual but will surely help the economy to grow. If the individuals are better or grown well surely the economy will follows thru.

I guess the problem isn't the government, and i am surely thinking that it is because of the people's mentality. Just because the government has the policies and all the laws, the people should only obey the law and its policies. The common mistake of most people is that they tend to depend on the government too much, they already lack their willingness to survive and be creative. While bitcoin has being launched, i agree that it helps some certain economic groups but couldn't change the whole economy as i am saying.

In my country, first would be to remove all corruption inside the government. I know its almost impossible to do but making a sample out of a few politician will at least strike fear to everyone else.
