You can start it by changing yourself as that is the foremost thing needed.
Aimply by following the laws and by being a good citizen is the best way to help or country... Because if we are a good citizen the government will not have a problem especially about the number of criminals instead of worrying that they focus also in other aspect that could help our country to grow example the education, health social welfare and a lots...

All of us can be a catalyst of change in anyone's life, we can be a influence for a better person...but in order to do that you have to know yourself first, let love and care be sincere and to help them change.. be a good son or daughter to your family, be a good good friend and be a good citizen in your community.. get involved in charity work and become an inspiration to other youth..do not let anyone look down on you but instead be a good example to them in speech, in purity, in action, in your thinking.. in your life.

A good change is not following the stupid trends that people create in the social media. Those are the "challenge" types like the eating tide pods challenge. By just not doing those, you are already doing a good change.
