I agree it will work though but not efficient for saving a money. You need to do lot of self control as well because let's say you're on the winning streak make sure to control yourself and know when to stop.. also applies when you're on losing streak. Learn to invest your money in a different way rather than gambling.
That's not possible bro, because if you are gambling, let's say that you win and you save some of your money and then you lose, of course it will be obvious that the next thing that you will do is to get some money or bitcoin that you saved to bet again. Why? You will spend the money that you saved again and again after you lose because the only thing that will come ups in your mind is that you are going to win it back no matter what, so that's why it is really impossible for everyone that gambles to save money when they are gambling. If they want to saved their bitcoin, then instead of gambling they will do something else that is better and not risky like gambling for them to save and grow more their bitcoin.

I will suggest you to invest in some alternative coins ICO as there are running many legit projects. Your story is quiet similar with me,as i also used to gamble with my bitcoins whenever i earn them or recieve them from any other source in my wallet.The thing i do is to right now i withdraw half of them to fiat initially and then gamble with remaining so atleast i save my half the money if i loose.
