It's not harder than check PP or CC transaction. You will see the transaction in your wallet instantly. Or you may develop a special software to accept in automatic mode (generate uniq incoming address for every client etc).

Using bitcoins is pretty simple. It's be easier to work out if you use it and see it in action. And all the other currencies follow an almost exact replica of bitcoin so use a cheaper alternative at first if you want.

Have you read the rest of that thread? How many times do I need to say this: You do not need to wait for the whole confirmations. Start the show and the money will probably turn up eventually. If models are so concerned about not getting their money, don't start the show until you have full confirmations, but you do not need to wait for this. The money will get there eventually.

And you've never sent Bitcoins. Start spending them and you'll see how fast it is and how this isn't a problem.
