The crypto currency model won't change to suit your needs. There will always be time lag while the network verifies transactions.
You can choose to accept a single confirm, but there is some risk to that if there is a fork or double-spend.

However, you might be putting up roadblocks that aren't there.

Simply offer the service. Yes clients will have to wait for transactions. Make that clear to them. Allow them to buy credits in advance instead of charging them for a single show.

My feeling is that you'll still have customers....in fact, customers who are willing to wait for the transactions to clear are likely to be repeat customers...making up for the ones who are impatient and want it now now now!

It boils down to marketing. Convince them your service is worth waiting for.

You only really need one confirmation and the payment is almost instant. Maybe you could get around any potential problems by sending the BTC to your cam account then the cam website deposits payments automatically in the models account. Problem solved.

How to become instant payment, with minimum time to payment confirmation?

For example, there is a bad customer, that will make a scam.
How to protect income from scam scrypt coin codes?
If model or online tutor need wait 6 hours for confirmation, it will work not for online shows or lessons/consulting.
